Mike put up gutters on the new porch extension on the back of my house, done a good job at a good price several years ago.
I noticed one end was coming loose several weeks ago. I called him to see about getting some facia repair work done on the other side, and to get gutter guards installed, also to correct water flow back to the down spout. He said he would come by and look at it, and give me a price.
Never heard back from him. Finally got him on the phone, said his man had been out sick, but expected him back to work on Monday., he would have him come by and look at it; never heard back from him. Ive called him numerous time over several weeks, will not answer the phone.
No follow up, terrible customer service, unfortunately the way of so many contractors!
The section of gutter that was coming loose has now completely came loose and fell ruining the whole section.
I would not recommend!
After the Tornado we needed to get part of our house's gutters replaced. Mike's came out with a great quote compared to other companies around. They got it done and I'm very happy with their work.
Likewise to another reviewer, Mike did not live up to standards that are expected with any construction. He did not install gutters correctly and did not come back to fix any problems that have occurred. We didn't seek time and materials in terms of the damaged caused but just asked many times to fix the poor installation. Too no avail he refused to respond to many inquires and in short didn't fix the problem. I recommend nobody to use this company. I only ranked him one-star, because his name is Mike like mine.
