Carlos was very nice to clean off roof and gutters this morning. He responds quickly.
Previously he has done roof inspections and is honest to not do unnecessary work.

Great work resolving a metal roof leak with damaged wood. They removed the metal sheets and repaired the damage before replacing the metal with new screw and sealer.

Had faux chimney removed and decking shingles and some siding replaced where we had water damage. Frank's roofing explained the whole process and was able to get out and have it done within a week. Very respectful and informative they cleaned up the mess and did an excellent job.

I had a good experience with Franks Roofing. When I finally decided to have it done, he was very knowledgable about the type of flat roof I needed. He went over all the materials that would be needed, what color and what demolition would be needed to get a good seal. He is a very professional and personable fellow. Plus had a very good price compared to the other estimates I received. Everyone showed up on time and got the job done in a day and a half. With a very minimal mess. I would recommend his company for anyone’s roofing needs.

He came when he said he would come he called nowadays with many businesses they are not as considerate and professional as he is. Best roofer in town! He can fight the insurance companies and get your roof covered. State Farm only wanted to cover one section of the roof but Carlos fought with them for months and finally got the whole roof covered. It was installed today and looks great! I can’t even find a piece of trash left behind. He will be the only roofer I will ever use from now on!

This company replaced my roof in two days and I have a huge roof. This was the most seamless process I’ve ever went through from them dealing with insurance making sure I didn’t pay a dime more than my copay. We moved to the Gadsden Alabama area from a different state. We needed a new roof immediately for the house we just purchased. Frank's Roofing quoted a reasonable price and completed the job in a very timely manner. Carlos was professional and was easy to work with.

A few months later, I discovered an issue, while I was in the attic. Carlos came back out and fixed the issue perfectly.

I had roof damage due to a high wind storm, called Frank’s Roofing and Frank responded quickly even though he was busy with other storm damaged properties. He came out, re-attached damaged metal to prevent further leaking and gave me a reasonable quote for permanent repair. Frank was back in a week with materials and crew and did a professional replacement of the damaged portion. He answers the phone when you call (which is rare these days), sets a date when he will be there and keeps his word. I would recommend Frank’s Roofing to anyone who needs roofing work.

Carlos Francisco (Frank of Frank's roofing) is an expert with a well-trained and hardworking crew. He sees the big picture and he is attentive to the small details. We built our rural Green Valley home more than 30 years ago (a three-story, including full basement, old farmhouse design with a big front porch). About six years ago we decided to put on a metal roof and we let someone talk us into putting the metal roof on top of the old shingles. Bad idea. Lots of problems. Carlos came out and crawled all over the roof and into the attic and discovered that several leaks and other problems had resulted in parts of the decking beginning to rot.They torn off the not-so-old metal roof, the old shigles under the metal roof, and the rotting decking. They replaced the rotted decking with new wood and put on a new 30-year shingled roof at what I considered a reasonable price. It all looks great and a lot of worries have disappeared. And, after a long day in the heat these guys got down on the ground and cleaned things up in the yard around the house so that it looked better than before they started working at daylight that morning. I recommend Frank's Roofing and Carlos Francisco and his crew. No reservations. I recommend them 100 percent.

Frank came out and gave us an estimate. He was very reasonable and had quick service. He was super friendly and when they came to do our repairs they were quick. They also went above and beyond. While repairing a piece of wood damage he noticed another shingle that had some damage and he repaired that as well.
He cares about his quality of work and making sure your roof is in good condition.
I would recommend them over and over again. I will use them if/when we ever need a new roof.

My husband and I just got our roof replaced this week and had a chimney cap replaced about a month ago. I was very impressed with the responsiveness the reason my husband and I chose to allow them to install our chimney chase cover as well as our new roof. Whenever I would text I always got a response quickly 98% of the time. We had several estimates given for our roof and at least one estimate that was much less from a reputable company; however, the customer service from this company was the reason we elected to use them. I found this company via BBB website. I must say the workers all appear to be very hard working individuals. Each individual on site was constantly working non stop except to take a lunch break. They started on our roof very early the first day and completed as much as possible before leaving. While individuals were working on our roof there was another individual cleaning up both days. Due to the size of our roof it took two days to complete the job. Thus far we have no complaints. We were also impressed with the clean up job. We would recommend this company for a roof installation.
