While on vacation in Bethel, I noticed a loud rattling in my left rear suspension. With just two full days before returning home, I called 5 places, 3 could not fit me in, 1 didn’t call back, but Mike squeezed me into his schedule. He ordered and installed the part and had me back on the road the next day! Not only was his service exceptional, his final price was under the estimate!
Mike was hugely helpful when I had an issue with my daily driver while working at Sunday River over the winter. He fixed the car quickly and competently, and did exactly what he said he would. Can't recommend the guy enough. Honest, dependable, and capable. I wish there was a shop like his back home in SC.
Just a few weeks ago I got a flat tire a few miles away from this shop. As I was watching my tire pressure drop steadily my anxiety levels were soaring through the roof knowing I was about to be stuck as it was nearing 5pm when everyone settles in for the day.
I then found this shop which was only 2 miles from my location. What luck! I walked into his shop 15 minutes before closing with certainty I was about to be a major thorn in this mechanics side.
Contrary to my belief he was very kind and patient and fixed my tire up super quickly. I live about an hour give or take from this shop but I will completely make the drive to have him service my Silverado in the future.
