Passed by your offices this evening....I wish it was during business hours I would have loved to check it out!

From first sketch to finished house, working with Jesper, Katrina, and everyone at Maine Passive House was a delight. It's probably not every build that includes a secret door, a treehouse fort connected by a rope bridge, or the other various elements this project presented — and it's most definitely not every crew that would have handled all the challenges with such professionalism, good humor, and creativity. Thanks for making the dreams of the next generation come true.

Maine Passive renovated a vacant brick building, built and fortified as a bank, stripped to it's bones, and made for us (and Bethel!) a rock-solid bright and beautiful efficient bakery and cafe where everyday people walk with wonderment at it's beauty. Little do our customers know that Maine Passive allowed us to be free of need for the use of any fossil fuels in the building - the passive elements and heat pumps are perfect for our space. The crew were able worked well with and around all the sub contractors as they married their systems, having electrical, plumbing, and structural elements integrated to keep the space tight and efficient, and to the demands of a very busy bakery. Our needs and wants for design elements, layout, and equipment were all met with problemn-solving mindsets and a passion for the success of our community project. We owe so many thanks to everyone involved to make Gemini Cafe what it is today and will be for many years. 10/10 would recommend.

The folks at Maine Passive House are just terrific. They are stellar craftspeople, consummate professionals, incredibly courteous, all-around delightful people. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

They recommended beautiful sustainable products from their local suppliers and employed seasoned sub-contractors (when needed) to finish off the work.
