Tim and his team remodeled our basement and added about 1500 square feet of livable space. Throughout the process, Tim and his team were professional, punctual, and guaranteed their quality and workmanship. And Tim was great at estimating how long the project would take—and it took a little longer due to me adding more things than originally planned/quoted; they accommodated the changes and provided valuable feedback and recommendations. I would work with Tim and his team again in the future and have recommended them to many of my friends and coworkers. I really appreciate them and how easy they were to work with.

Tim and his crew added 800 sg ft along with a full bath in our basement. His crew added HVAC, electric, flooring, plumbing, drywall, paint and doors. Nothing this team can't do and they do it right. Pleasure working with Midstate and the crew. They updated us everyday with the next day plans and delivered. They cleaned the area as they found it everyday before leaving. We've worked with contractors in the past and they do not compare with Tim and his crew. We are very pleased with the cost and the completed project. We will hire these guys again no matter the size of our next project.

Working with Midstate to finish our lower level basement was absolutely a excellent project. From the start, Tim walked us through the space, giving us feedback on what we wanted and his recommendations. He never said, "no, we can't do that". He was professional and extremely first class. Once the project started, Aaron and Andrew lead the way, on time, clear communication and expectations, very very respectful of our home and family. After a while, we felt like Aaron and Andrew were part of our family. Again, they never said "no, can't do that", any changes or request, Aaron took with a smile and always said "no problem, I can create whatever you want" and he did. We put in 3 8x8 doors in our back wall, the Midstate team worked with us, our architect and door company every step of the way and executed an amazing job. Our basement came out so great, we couldn't be happier and every step of the way was first class and professional. I would 100% recommend Tim, Aaron and Andrew from Midstate for any project. They were respectful, fair in pricing and timelines, clear and kept to their word and always showed up when they said they would. Great job guys and thanks for making our basement project come to life - you did an amazing job!
