Following the sleet & ice storm in January, I noticed some water stains on a bedroom ceiling. I had used Archway Home Repairs about 13 years ago so I called them and asked them to please come take a look at my roof. Dennis Skyles came and examined the roof, took pics of some of the damage which he showed me, and suggested I contact my insurance company. I called and filed a claim. An insurance adjuster assessed the damage, and determined the roof needed to be replaced. Archway Home Repairs was in communication with me throughout by email and phone. Once the replacement cost was determined and the contract signed, the work was scheduled to take place about a week later. The process went exactly as Dennis said it would. The materials arrived on a Tuesday and the work crew installed on Wednesday. The crew started the work at 6 am and completed the roof installation and clean up by 2 pm. I can't thank Archway enough for their professionalism, efficiency, and care. I would definitely use them again.

Had them out to have work done around my chimney, after they left I noticed that they had caused some damage to my awning . Reached out to them and the owner denied all responsibility and sent someone out to spray paint it without permission. When I called him back to discuss the spray paint I was hung up on.

Archway was PHENOMENAL to work with. We requested bids from three companies around the St Louis area and they were BY FAR the most affordable and the quickest to come back with a quote. Dennis was extremely easy to work with , prompt with a response and easy to schedule with. His guys showed up bright and early and we could not believe, start to finish, how quickly the new roof was put up and everything was cleaned up (I believe start to finish it was 5 hours). Highly recommend going with Archway for your new roof.

Excellent Customer Service!! My new roof was completed within 5 hours and it's beautiful. I chose the Architectural Shingles that have a 50 year Warranty and had a Ridge Vent done also. Every aspect of this install was way beyond my expectations and I highly recommend Archway Home Repairs for your new Roof.

We had our roof replaced in 2021. He was very friendly, fair priced and quick on getting an estimate and someone out for the roof replacement. We never had any issues after roof was replaced even with some pretty bad storms everything has stayed intact well. We also had a leaking skylight that we had attempted to be fixed for years since we had moved into the home and they were able to get that to stop leaking during the replacement.

Dennis is very professional and was quick to get back with me with any questions or concerns, and would drop off any actual roof samples that I wanted to see. The job was done when he said (within a week), and looks great. The cleanup was perfect as well. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Dennis.

Archway got us on the schedule to get our roof on in less than a week. Explained everything that we needed to do step by step and answered all the questions we had. Our roof looks great! Would definitely recommend to all family and friends!

They did an outstanding job . Dennis was very responsive and easy to communicate with. New roof and gutters . Very pleased.

Warning : if he does the work and you don’t like the way something looks he will refuse to fix and refuse to offer solutions. Does not work well with others. Does not do a job that he is paid to do. Does a job he “thinks” is best regardless of who is the paying customer that has to live in the home he works on

Owner is disrespectful and has zero customer service skills. We are building a new home. The gutters ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE are an embarrassment to say the least. Every contractor that has seen the gutters has asked who did it and WHY they look that way. When we asked the owner to fix the issue he stated that our home/plans is “shit” and refused to fix the issue. He could’ve offered a solution to fix the issue .. and we would’ve likely paid for the supplies to correct the problem. But that wasn’t offered. He sent the invoice and said we had 12 days to pay or late charges would be applied. For a job that wasn’t done correctly. His attitude is poor and choice of words very disrespectful. We will NOT be recommending his services to anyone at any point. Everyone we have spoke to is surprised at how this guy handled things.

Great experience with this company. Good work for a fair price. Also scheduled me in 1 week & got roof done in 1 day.

I highly recommend Alex and Archway Roofing. Their crew came over and knocked out my entire roof in 1 day. They were professional and courteous. Hope to not need a new roof again for a long time but if I do I would be more than happy to use them again.
