Shayna in the kitchen/cabinet department was extremely helpful! Someone suggested I visit her at Middleton when I was looking to remodel my fist kitchen. Shayna walked me though everything and made it step very clear for my understanding. She answered all my many emails with quick detailed responses. Would highly recommend.

Great products and Service. Our renovated kitchen was designed and purchased through them. Mark Colby is great to deal with. His years of industry experience are very evident.

Sometimes, supporting local businesses is the wrong way to go as it is in this case. After receiving a special-order quote from Lowe's, went here where they beat the quote by $100. That would have been great if they had ordered the correct product for me; after the sale, they claimed that it was my fault despite the fact that the quote stated what I had thought was being ordered. My advice: don't shop at a company that does not stand behind their mistakes; shop where you're sure to get what you ordered and where they will treat you fairly.

We ordered a larson storm door with a click and hold closure system. They quoted it and the transaction went well. After 2 weeks, We received the door and has been installed by a professional door installer. Same day that the door has been installed , We noticed that it is not a click and hold closure system rather a touch and hold closure instead...We notify them right way but it seems they were so distant and washing their hands on whose fault is that. We get the door from them because we thought we're able to saved a little amount, but saving a little was not worth it if you're not satisfied with the product. We, as the customers have the right to complain if the one we ordered was not the one we received. And as the company whose doing business like this, you have to be more transparent and provides satisfaction to your customers. Very unhappy customer here... definitely not recommended.

The crew at Middleton Lumber is very attentive and patient. We were searching for a new front door and Suzie made the process easy with her knowledge of the different types of doors available. We're just trying to decide about a few small details and will surely buy it there...

Ordered some railing kits from Fypon of which Middleton Building Supply is a supplier of theirs. Three items came in damaged. Jim handled the return and replacement like a pro. Couldn't be happier. Parts were replaced and overnighted free of charge. Would definitely consider giving Middleton Building Supply my future business.
