George and his team installed a 5.5kw 15 LG 370 single inverter system for me in Sep 2020. It was a ground mounted system. George did all the work, coordinated with Eversource, and the town to do all the paperwork, filled out the paperwork to receive tax credit for NH rebate. Two years later, I had pine tree fall down and partially took down 5 of the 15 panels. Harmony was there the next day, took pictures, re ordered replacement panels and I was back up and running in a few days. I plan to do a 2nd ground mount to do an increase in solar panels to increase solar panel to also do a heat pump system with an expanded 100 amp system. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to expand my solar system. I did many quotes on expanding my needs for a dual HVAC system including a battery backup so I would eventually be off-grid in a few years. George and his team are a great local small company to work with so I have been very pleased with Harmony over several years now.

My wife and I are very happy with Harmony. Not only did they have the best price around I also think there service and expertise were top notch. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the install and how cleanly they ran the conduit through our garage and into the basement. Harmony Energy Works is a FANTASTIC company to work with, especially after working with a metal roof company that was the complete opposite. I had a metal roof installation date that came and passed BUT when it was finally done Harmony was here in days starting their solar installation. From the beginning, I was impressed by this little solar company, and after gathering quotes and haggling with four other companies, Harmony won me over and I am so pleased I went with them. As a small company, they were able to be more nimble and responsive to my million questions and requests. I settled on a top-tier panel for an unbeatable price per kW; no other company could beat their offer. Then the quality of the work! I literally stood on the roof and watched the installation, and rather than being annoyed, all the employees were friendly and excited I was interested in their work. They were proud to show it off. Every detail was taken care of neatly. My building inspector said that their work - electrically and physically - was top notch. George came over and taught me how to use the online monitoring system after the install was complete, and Jay has been helping me get all the rebates and tax credits coming to me. We had our panels installed on our home last fall. This year we have enjoyed two months of negative electric bills! They were fast, efficient and very clean. Don't go anywhere else!

We needed to have our solar panels removed and a new roof installed due too defective IKO shingles. Harmony Solar was the ONLY company with a licensed electrician who quoted this job. This job was completed within a week. The panels were removed, a new roof was installed and the panels were reinstalled. Thank you so much for a professional job.

The whole Harmony team was fantastic for the installation we did. They provided an excellent product at a competitive price and they were very willing to work with me on the placement of the system. We did a ground mount and it was really important to us to put it in a spot that did not obstruct views. They were able to do the install just as I requested. Other installers would not quote that placement and were trying to get me to locate the array right were I wanted to avoid it.

The team was courteous and they cleaned up the site very well. George and the other members of the team were very patient with my questions and really listened to me. George helped change the design to include an inverter I wanted and just rolled right with it. A fantastic job by the Harmony team!

EDIT: The customer service regarding maintenance and repair is pretty disappointing, especially when you're counting on solar production.

If you need a repair or want to have your panels removed for a roofing project, expect to be calling multiple times a day just to get someone to show up. The lack of communication was matched only by the bad-faith representations.

When I needed my solar panels removed for a roofing project, trying to get them to commit to a date for the removal and reinstallation turned a 1 week project into slog lasting 2 months just because they couldn't commit to a date without me calling incessantly to ask when they were showing up to finish their work. I was hoping this was wasn't representative of their company culture and business ethic and gave them another chance when I experienced a failure with my inverter.

After reporting a problem with my array I was told repeatedly that they'd have someone out there "this week" to look at it for weeks. Then they finally told me they already had the replacement part on hand, told me it would be fixed that Thursday (yes, I asked "which Thursday") and then ghosted me for a few more weeks telling me they needed to RMA the part. When the new part was finally installed, it wasn't configured to adequately serve my system and my battery backup was suddenly useless. Instead of showing any interest in correcting the issue, they just blamed the batteries, shifted the responsibility for fixing their mistake back to me and disappeared.

These folks were pleasant to talk to and laid on the apologies, but the action to make things right didn't follow. I can't recommend them unless you want to waste your time hounding someone just to get a response.

We took the time to investigate many solar installers in NH. While we found a number of very qualified and competent companies, we settled on Harmony Energy Works for a number of reasons, not the least of which was the initial presentation by George Horrocks. He was able to answer every question we had and was definitely the most knowledgeable about his subject material. Once the deal was completed we were kept appraised of each step. When weather situations delayed the project, we were informed. We are thrilled with the installation itself. While some companies spoke of conduit being run in various locations, you cannot find one wire showing. The installation was even cleaner and neater than even I had anticipated. The cleanup by the crew was excellent. There are several good companies out there, but I would highly suggest that you at least talk with George at Harmony Energy Works before making any final decision. You won't be sorry!

We used Harmony Energy Works for our residential solar installation. We had gotten a quote from a competitor; Harmony's was competitive but they use American-made solar panels (vs. made in China) and commercial grade hardware for the installation (even less likely to leak). They walked us through the whole process - even came out to our house to pick up rebate forms. The installation was quick and painless. And now we're live with solar! Definitely recommend them!
