I'm a realtor - when I first started in the business we had moved to Great Falls, VA. A unique area where you can move from your first house to your dream house and, in those days never change your phone number! And, I did. From my split level to our we lived in 5 homes over 45 years. Always improving and upgrading-I’ve worked with numerous workman/painters/plumbers, etc. We moved to our new home in Ocean View in 2020. From custom book cases to upgrading newel posts? Fitting a full length mirror on at 8’ door? Reworking a closet? He is a perfectionist. His worth ethic is impeccable, always on time, trustworthy and creative. He is amazing…I highly recommend him.

Cody did a lot of work for us on our new home in Ocean View Beach Club. He installed shelving and cabinets around our fireplace, replaced the wire closet maid shelving in our walk-in pantry with sturdy wood shelves, and updated our master closets to have shelving and more space to hang clothes. He also enclosed our covered porch by building a screened porch and even fixed the builder's shoddy job where the pillars weren't square. He takes pride in his work and does a quality job. He is reliable and will even alert you if he finds another problem in your home while he is working! (he discovered a leaky toilet!). We highly recommend Cody for any job you may have!
