Carlos and his team are great! He is my go-to for any repairs I need. He's replaced my attic fan, painted, done electrical work, fixed a burst pipe, put up wallpaper, and re-stained my deck. He always pays close attention to detail and works efficiently.

We have worked with Carlos since 2020 when he did a bathroom renovation for us, turning a half bath into a full bath. Since then he has done numerous repairs for us, from plumbing to electrical to roof repair. He is prompt, efficient, resourceful and dependable. We trust him completely, will use him again, and he is who we will go to for our next major job.

We have used Metro Home Improvement several times in the last few years. Carlos is great to work with; he listens and discusses what he feels needs to be done and the estimated cost. He has completed several minor and major plumbing repairs for us; drywall repairs; painted several rooms. All work has been completed in a timely manner. Recently, I encountered a leak in my roof due to storm damage and needed immediate assistance. I reached out to Carlos from Metro Home Improvement, and he and his crew responded almost immediately. They secured the area with a temporary seal to prevent further damage, which gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. We are currently awaiting our insurance to finalize a few items, but I will definitely be calling them back to replace the entire roof.

I first called Metro Home Improvement for an emergency with my roof that was leaking. Carlos and his son Andres came out promptly, took their time to assess the issue, and was able to provide a temporary repair that same day until they could come back with permanent repairs. They explained every step of the process, were always on time, and left our place as clean as they found it once finished. Since then I've had Carlos and his team help with various other projects such as siding, windows, doors, flooring, and other renovations in and around the home. I plan to continue calling Metro Home Improvement whenever I need any home repairs or improvements and would highly recommend him to others!

Carlos and crew are fabulous! I trust them completely with all of my home maintenance needs. They have done everything from a kitchen remodel to interior & exterior house painting, installation of hard wood flooring and light fixtures, hanging wallpaper, roof replacement, and numerous small (but necessary) repairs. There is nothing they can't do. But the best part is the quality of work. I am most impressed by craftsmanship, attention to detail and knowledge they have. And the results are always top notch. Carlos is the BEST! He has done many many projects for me; 2 bathroom remodels, new flooring and stairs, patio brick laying, decking work, ceilings, hot water heater replacement, garbage disposal replacement, and more.

After discovering possible water damage to our kitchen ceiling, Carlos came the next day to provide an estimate and potential issues from the roof or pipes. The next day he removed the damaged drywall, diagnosed the problem, replaced several joints, repaired the drywall and painted the impacted area. He explained all the steps in the process and did the work himself and we would definitely use his services again.
