ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE!
I wish I could give zero stars.
When I went and bought the metal, the owner was super rude to me. A week later me and my husband went to pick up our metal. My husband had to use the bathroom, but they said they don’t have a public restroom. After driving an hour he couldn’t hold it anymore, so he peed in the dirt lot outside. The guy started yelling at my husband and told him that it was extremely unprofessional. My husband did apologize. The guy on the forklift dropped our $600 worth of metal on the gravel and the owner said “have fun loading it yourself” now THAT is extremely unprofessional! We loaded it ourselves and my husband ended up cutting his finger as a result of someone having horrible anger issues. Do NOT give these people your business!

I have always came here with Joesph & Mike. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST guys to help me when I forget a measurement. I never have a problem with my orders, always nice and always available to help if they can!! Thanks Joesph & Mike if yall leave metal mart I will be very upset

Tried to pre-order some trim & the guy that answered the phone was a complete a$$hole!!! He kept cutting me off in mid sentence. Would not listen to anything I was saying or asking. He kept making excuses. Just when I was about to say, "I'll come by tomorrow" he cut me off again & I hung up. No sense in that at all!!
Rude doesn’t come close to describe his customer service!! You will never get my business ever!!!
I ended up going to American Made & got the trim & the absolute BEST customer service!!

Great service and excellent materials. Always helpful. With a knowledge staff, that helps you and explains things through. Always attentive, with quality materials. Recommend for contractors and home owners for metal needs. Fast service and two thumbs up.

Horrible experience! Do not recommend !! I really needed some material and I called before heading out there and they told me that they could help me out cuz I explained what type of material I would need and they said come down. I drove an hour and a half to the shop for them to tell me that they couldn’t sell me what I needed , that’s why I had called before heading down there to confirm that they had it for them to not sell it me. Drove 3 hours for nothing total waste for time

I can't brag enough on the helpful staff. These guys are top notch. I'm not a pro at putting up metal buildings, just building a 40x40 shop. They have helped me figure out what I need, and how to use the material to yield the greatest strength and lowest cost. I tried the other place down the road, and found lower quality products and staff who knew almost nothing about how to implement their products. Metal Mart is the place to go.

Not as fancy as some of the newer shops specializing in metal siding and roofing that are nearby but disregard the appearance and you will find it well stocked, although not terrifically organized. The manager is a veteran of these metal products and knows his stuff. You will have to overlook look his sometimes gruff and seemingly uninterested countenance, he is in fact just a no-nonsense sort that will help you get what you need. Just don't expect any gushing and gloss from this place. It is a practical and functional shop that generally has the best price on materials.
