I was in the process of selling my home and needed some general work performed as part of the selling agreement. Zach was recommended to me by my real estate agent and, though already having multiple obligations, he made time to listen to my concerns and include our work into his busy schedule.
After learning the full extent of the repair work that I requested, Zach performed the work in an expeditious manner and didn’t charge me for it. He said he could not bring himself to charge me for such light work, which I was most gracious for. He approached the work with zeal and professionalism.
I highly recommend Zach to anyone in need of a professional contractor. He is knowledgeable, kind, and was quick to address my concerns.
They did an absolutely stellar job on the house next door. Someone finally bought it or the bank decided to spend some money (lol right) after sitting vacant for a few years after the neighbors died.
The transformation has been amazing. I plan to see what they can do for my house!
