We asked for a quote after others had bid the job not exactly knowing what the price should be per sf. After Chad explained things I felt confident that we were getting the best price and then the job that was done was excellent. Made an appointment for between 4-5pm for an estimate, used 3 hours of unpaid leave so I could be there on time, he was a no show. Not even a call until almost 6:30pm
He could not understand why I was upset. He said that’s how he operates. He just shows up when he can or not at all and then calls and wants you to make a new appointment. Apparently he feels his time is important but not his customer’s time. I lost three hours of my pay, so he could make his $1000+.
I made another appointment but, not with him.

The crew did a fantastic job! Really happy with the communication, the value and the end results. I would recommend to anyone needing roof or pressure washing service. Cleanup was excellent.

Chad was fantastic! We have a 3 story house and he made our very dirty windows sparkle, and cleaned out all of the window sills. He even fixed a screen for us at no extra charge. Chad also helped trouble shoot one of our French doors that has a built-in blind, and found the magnetic piece that was missing. My company hired A-Quick Pressure Washing to pressure wash one of our refrigerated rail cars that required a thorough cleaning before food product could be transported in it. After a horribly unprofessional experience with another company, A-Quick Pressure Washing was a breath of fresh air. We hired him to come out and clean the roof, gutters, and dryer vent. He did it all in about 4 hours. My husband was concerned about pressure washing the roof however the company didn’t use that as the technique: he used a soft brush and then a spray to get the moss to come off. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! I plan to have him maintain our gutters annually. Nice, hard working, guy.

These guys do an amazing job, this is the second year we have had them so our house, which gets really dirty over the winter when we’re not here. They are really thorough and whatever they use leaves the windows spotless. Two jobs in one! Arrive when they are scheduled to and super nice. We wouldn’t use anyone else.

True to its name, A-Quick swiftly cleaned my aggregate patio and backyard fence. Cedar fence boards are now ready for another coat of stain after a light washing (I love that the crew was delicate and didn’t strip the wood) and my patio shines. We have been using Chad's service for 3 yrs now. Our driveway looks amazing. This year we had him clean the outside of our gutters, they look brand new. We had asked him to rinse down the siding, but he said it looks so good, he didn't want to charge for something that doesn't need done. That's integrity. I would highly recommend Chad.

His quote was less than others we had received and he was able to get us scheduled right away. He ran into an issue with our gutters that complicated the job but he honored his original quote and offered solutions to help avoid further problems. I had a very difficult job to be done, removing the moss from a large house with a tile roof. It took multiple trips up to Lake Cavanaugh, due to lack of water in my well. I was offered a variety of options, including bringing a water truck up,but he purchased equipment to get water from the lake. The cost was upfront and reasonable and the service was above and beyond. I highly recommend!

Had Chad back to put his choice of gutter guards on our garage, as a trial run. We have massive amounts of leaves and tree debris so hoping these help. My roof had been an eye sore for several years and I thought I would need to replace the shingles. As it turned out the shingles on my roof were fine but covered by a black algae which Chad and his team was able to take off. My roof now looks fantastic and with the algae gone the roof life has been extended considerably. My suggestion would be to have Chad out to take a look at your roof before calling the roofing company, doing so saved me a bundle.
