I have had a few bad encounters at Mead. They made me feel unimportant and helping me was not a option. Yesterday when I spent $300 on power tools they were very helpful. I stopped going to Mead for a long time ( better than a year) they didn't have the wood I needed but but the guy that helped me with the tools was very helpful and friendly. I think he might have been in charge. My rating changed from 0 to 3 stars, we'll see what the future holds.
