We had Mark build a house for us, and we were very disappointed with the quality of our NEW home! The windows leaked water, wind, and snow. We took pictures and showed Mark. Needless to say they didn’t fix it! The foundation leaked horribly when we first moved in. We had a sliding glass window that they had to replace, when they replaced it they didn’t install it correctly so when we had out first rain the door leaked and flooded a area of the basement! I had to fix that. The roof leak horribly. He did pay someone to come fix that. I showed him all of these issues before the first year was up and whatever he touched he made worse . I would build my house by myself before I would EVER have him build another house for me. LOOK he has no reviews, what does that tell you. There is more stuff to list, but I’m not going to waste anymore time. DON’T USE THIS GUY. He’s not good at building homes.
