Bought a house from a contractor who sneakily did a shoddy job. When issues started showing up, we contacted Kyle for siding and roof issues. He very quickly figured out what was going on, fixed the problems with his team, and made sure I was informed of and understood the issues in detail. Kyle was upset for me as new home owner. He offered discounted work and an official letter from him stating the poor craftsmanship he had found so I can have it documented. I did not expect him to treat my house like his own home. It's heartwarming to know there are people out there who want the right thing done at no benefit to them.

We are so grateful for the professionalism of McIntyre Construction. Kyle and his team were smart and careful with their work. They took their time and paid attention to the details of sealing holes, skylights and chimneys. They were pleasant in answering all our questions and making sure we knew how to care for our new roof. We will definitely reach out for siding and roofing needs in the future.

McIntyre Construction – I recently had this company redo my entire roof. Kyle (the owner) provided a great quote, listened to my concerns about a problem section, and gave advice where he could. They completed the project within my budget and the new roof looks great. They used giant tarps to cover and protect shrubs and landscaping. His crew was professional and respectful. Very pleased with the work and will recommend this company to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

After the Christmas Eve storm of '22, my roof sustained serious wind damage and had to be replaced. Kyle was immediately responsive to my enquiries (something of a rarity in the Lakes Region), provided me an immediate estimate, assisted me in providing my insurer with documentation, began the project on time, was upfront with project cost resulting from incomplete roof work due to the previous owner, and completed the project to our satisfaction. I would recommend McIntyre Construction LLC to my friends and family.

The work done by these guys was fast and perfect. Our roof looks amazing. Kyle is one of the few people we have hired to start when he said he would. They were here when he said they would be here. I can’t speak highly enough for how responsive and attentive he was to our request. Hire them if you want quality work by a owner who genuinely cares about all his customers!

Kyle and his crew removed and re shingled the roof on a home we purchased in Loudon in April 2019. Kyle and his crew was punctual, clean, organized, and took great care of the property. In addition, 5 months later we had a problem with a leak that had nothing to do with McIntyre Construction, but when I contacted Kyle he contacted me back within an hour, and was already on route to the house to check it out. He called me from the roof, found the issue, and fixed it! DISCLAIMER--- again, the problem had NOTHING to do with the job Kyle had done, but that didn't matter to Kyle, getting it fixed was his priority. My wife and I couldn't be happier with this company, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality company you can trust and that cares about their customers! Hats off to Kyle and his crew - nice job, thank you!
