Responsive, professional, courteous, considerate, and knowledgeable - these are the first things that come to mind based on my experience with Robbie and his team. I called about getting a few trees removed and he came out promptly to look at the job. He was able to give me a quote on the spot, which we considered very reasonable. As we continued to talk, we felt comfortable with his knowledge and capabilities and were able to turn it into a much larger job. The value was great, but the service was even better. They were able to start quickly, and within a couple of days everything was completed. They kept the site clean, cleaned up all debris when done, and left everything better than they found it. What a professional team! We had four trees cut and the stumps ground. This team took one and a half days and, while putting safety first, gave us the best price and did a spectacular job. They even planted new grass seed. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

We had a large tree in our front yard. My husband and I thought removal would be difficult. As we had power lines running along in front of the tree. They made it look easy. They were fast and professional. They did an amazing job with clean up. They have my recommendation.

What more could I have asked for? Robbie and crew where easy to work with, responsive, punctual, great on price, did everything we agreed to, cleaned up the yard and driveway from debris and completed everything quickly. If you want it done correctly, quickly, and at a fair price, then I highly recommend McCoy Tree Service.. I had two trees removed. They were removed from difficult locations safely with no property damage. The cleanup was continuous and efficient. When complete I had to do nothing to do but admire their work.

His estimates are sound, no surprises... and the work is completed quickly. (4 trees had to be cabled down... they did it in 1 day)... grounds were in better condition than we left in morning.

McCoy's Tree Service did an outstanding job cutting some huge white oak trees at my property in Troutman. The trees were over 100 ft tall and presented quite a challenge since they were within a few feet of my studio with overhanging limbs above it. Their crew came well equipped with everything needed to remove the trees in a single day. It was amazing to watch.
