MBS (Mike and son Wyatt) did an amazing job on rehabbing my old shed. They knew I was working on a tight budget and worked with me to get the most urgent repairs done. Mike was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done and really went the extra mile to make sure all the work was completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. I am so pleased that I found his company and, if finances allow, will have them back for other small jobs around my home. Highly recommend!!!

Great folk, awesome to work with. Did a great job on our new roof and were always up front and courteous. They noticed a couple finishing touches while they were cleaning up on the last day and insisted on finishing them up even after I said they didn’t have to. I’ll gladly hire them again

We had MBS Construction do our roof and were very pleased with their work, work ethic and the results! We were so pleased, we referred them to our son whose house needs a new roof too! They are a small crew, but are hard working and meticulous with every phase of work and didn’t take any days off until the work was completed.

Michael and Wyatt did a fantastic job of stripping off the old roof (including tearing off the sections of the old roofing that our last crew neglected to remove 17 years ago), and were meticulous about prepping the area around the house to protect vegetation and prevent any trash or nails getting left behind. They cleaned the site every day before going home, and used a magnet roller multiple times each day to be sure no nails were left behind. They did a great job of putting in new sky lights, replacing the dry rot our last crew didn’t do anything about, and made sure the interior looked great. They made sure everything stayed dry and water tight throughout the work. They answered all questions and were great with our dog too! Wonderful company and people!

I can’t express how happy my wife and I are with the professionalism of Mike and MBS team.
They don’t take shortcuts they work on the job at hand until it’s perfect. We had them install new granite countertops and install a new cooktop and country sink plus a instant hot water tank.
We are looking forward to having them come back in the future for our next project.
You can’t go wrong in having them work for you.

Becky, Mike, and Wyatt are friendly, honestly, and extremely talented crew. We needed a new kitchen and they did a wonderful job. I love my new kitchen. While they were here we asked Mike to check a spot on the bathroom ceiling and discovered A bad roof leak. They were on top of it and within a week we had a new roof.

MBS hasn’t done any work for me yet. I can say the owners are super friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely be contacting MBS for future needs.

They are great at communicating; gives you the most to-the-point, comprehensive details on the job you need to get done, what to expect on the price & a good time-frame! I was extremely, overwhelmingly pleased with the end-results on all of that! I had given them my vision on what would make my home happy, private and safe, and they had fulfilled that vision! Working with Mike and Becky on my remodel was a super positive experience, they do what they say they're going to do, they show up when they say they're going to, Mike is a master at digging in and finding the best most economical way to resolve any issue that comes up and their son helps all along the way with the best attitude I've seen in a young adult in a long time.

Absolutely fabulous craftsmanship installing new vinyl plank flooring in my dining area, kitchen, main hall, moldings, and bathroom (after a bad flood) without any nonsense, distractions, or problems of any kind. This was a stress-free installation, which in my experience is very rare. They even moved a large bookcase, kitchen table and chairs, refrigerator and replaced perfectly after re-flooring. Mike, his wife, and their helper cleaned up the driveway, interior or my house, and were kind, polite, understanding, patient, and helpful. These are the kind of workers you DEFINITELY WANT in your home.

Second Contract for neighbors stairs: Were all the world's oceans to be measured drop by drop it would not equal my Gratitude for the quality and price of the work done by MBS Construction.
If every petal on every flower were to be counted, it, too, would not be enough to express my amazement at the professionalism and skill for the finish work which was above and beyond my expectations.

First Contract for dry rot and foundation : I am Blissed Out and So Very, Very Happy with MBS Construction. A 5 star rating not high enough to match my amazement and delight with the work they performed. I have already mentioned them to others and have encouraged them to use MBS Construction for any needed repairs they may have.
For days, I had called more than two handfuls of contractors. Each had a reason they would not/could not do my repairs. I gave up frustrated and near tears. Then MBS Construction (Mike, Becky and Wyatt) called me. They were willing to come out for a free estimate from near 60miles away. Their bid was half what other contractors were charging. They were a God Send.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience. They showed up on time, ate lunch on site, so someone was always working. They were friendly and experienced with a specialty for mobile homes.
I am a senior citizen on a limited income, but MBS Construction was willing to take payments for the work they had performed. This amount of trust is rare. I cannot say how grateful I am for their willingness to let me pay for their work over time.
Additionally, they went way beyond the price of their contract to insure I was happy. They textured and painted an entire room, caulked all my windows, cleaned gutters, and fixed the foundation of my porch. All off Contract. They also did not charge me for gas or travel time from Salem to Eugene.
If anyone who reads this review and wants quality work and/or repairs, my recommendation would be to use MBS Construction.

Mike and his son built us a beautiful fence with sliding gates on our property! I would highly recommend this business, and I will use them again in the future!

Mike and his crew were absolutely exceptional. My home design is somewhat complex-- being that it is a geodesic dome on a hillside in a pretty remote part of the coast. I knew the repairs I needed would be somewhat problematic given the structure and location, but I consulted with other contractors who simply weren't up for the task. Mike was confident and communicated clearly what the scope and cost of the project would be. When the repairs turned out to be even more complicated than we anticipated, he outlined several options and was patient while I figured out how to make it work for my budget. He started and finished the project on time, communicated progress, documented the work with photos, and advised on how to prevent future issues. His partner Becki made handling the financial and planning communication a breeze. This was a big endeavor, and a much larger financial investment than I was originally anticipating. Not only did they go above and beyond delivering on the work (even in crazy weather and through the holidays), but they were also very kind and caring as to what this meant for me as a single person taking on a project bigger than I anticipated with a lot of compassion, grace, and superb work ethic and great attention to details. Getting to spend the holidays in my home with this massive weight off my shoulders made starting the new year in my home a real gift. While the circumstances of my situation were super challenging, when friends and family asked about how the project was going, I was so relieved to say "my contractor is amazing and I trust them." These folks are top shelf humans, talented craftsman, and I'll definitely be relying on them again.

Mike and Becky took the time out of their very busy schedule to install grab bars and comfort height toilets for my handicapped husband. They made it priority even though it was a small job. I really appreciate their quality work and integrity. We have a larger job scheduled in the future and I know I can trust it will be done with expert hands in a timely manner. They are good people with strong ethics. Thank you Mike and Becky!

Mike, Becki and crew are fantastic, honest, hard working knowledgeable people who are sunshine on a gloomy day. They cleaned the crawl space of our house replaced the vapor barrier, duct work and some insulation under the house. It was hard work on the easiest day and they did it without complaining in a timely manner keeping us informed along the way! Thank you very much!

This is a top notch family business. Mike and Becky and family sealed cracks in the siding, repaired trim and framework as needed, and pressure washed and painted exterior. Great communication and service. Cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Said if any issues, they want to fix and know about. Can't go wrong with MBS!!! Next just may be having them put in that firepit I dreamed of...

Great experience, great company, was super easy to work with and would recommend for your next remodel or any job that needs done. They were on time and super helpful with finding materials to getting the job done.

I really love the work that Mike and his family do. They are great people that understand that it's not just a business but they get to know you and there work shows how great of people they are. They always had a smile on their face and were willing to drop everything just to help. Mike: great guy who really has alot of knowledge and experience in the field. Becky: amazing and caring person. Definitely the back bone of the family owned business. Wyatt: hard worker and loves to show his passion of the work he does. Overall the business is one of the best I know. And I would recommend you to them.

They built a shed, remodeled a bathroom, and painted rooms for us.
Their work is excellent better then any others I have used. When I am ready to do more work Mike and Becki will be the only one I will call.

Mike and his crew expanded my deck to allow for more seating to enjoy the view. My house located on the coast and the deck is about 15 ft off the ground, so a fairly technical build. He also built a set of stairs down to a lower deck.

I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did. It is structurally robust and he did a fantastic job tying the new construction into the existing deck and railing. They met their schedule targets as best weather would allow, often working in rough conditions in the middle of winter, and communicating status and any changes to the plan promptly.

I can easily recommend MBS Construction for general construction projects and will use them again.

We had our bathroom remodeled the craftsmanship was spectacular we are happy that Mike was the one that did it. Even thought there were a few glitches he took care of them and continued on. We were kept informed every step of the way. It was great to see a family owned business where they worked together as a team. They will be doing all of our home remodels including a master bath. They did our cedar deck and included the rabbit doors and it too is beautiful.
Amazing people that do incredible work we wouldn’t recommend any other contractor.
