Steve Hutchins Inspector took his time and explained the issues the home had that we were purchasing this was extremely helpful to us.

Steve does a thorough inspection, and writes a good report with ample supporting pictures. He is very accessible by phone, and is generous with his time in answering questions. He is knowledgeable about his work. He also did a re-inspection and, again, was very generous with his time explaining the result to us. I would highly recommend his service.

We are purchasing a home on the Oregon coast and we contacted Steve Hutchinson for the pre-inspection. Steve came right out promptly and performed the inspection with us present. We had him do the inspection on the home we are buying. His report was excellent Gave us a ton of information on the home as well as how to maintain the home. Everything on his report that we asked the seller to fix they did because of the quality of his report. If I ever buy a home again, I will definitely use him again.
