I had Steve perform an inspection of an existing home that I was interested in purchasing. He performed the most extensive inspection that I have ever experienced. He was thorough and explained everything that he found in detail - even making suggestions to make the home safer along with tips on keeping it maintained. His inspection gave me the confidence to purchase my first existing home. Thank you Steve for an inspection well done.

Steve does a thorough inspection, and writes a good report with ample supporting pictures. He is very accessible by phone, and is generous with his time in answering questions. He is knowledgeable about his work. He also did a re-inspection and, again, was very generous with his time explaining the result to us. I would highly recommend his service.

We are purchasing a home on the Oregon coast and we contacted Steve Hutchinson for the pre-inspection. Steve came right out promptly and performed the inspection with us present. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He complete the home inspection and reinspection for the house that I am buying. Additionally, he gave helpful upkeep suggestions to keep the home in its current condition. I would recommend Steve and his company to everyone, including my own mom!! I would use him in the future!

We had him do the inspection on the home we are buying. His report was excellent Gave us a ton of information on the home as well as how to maintain the home. Everything on his report that we asked the seller to fix they did because of the quality of his report. If I ever buy a home again, I will definitely use him again.
