I had really bad experience with Ivan and Iris as I have reached out to them to do some work in bathroom and bedroom and they agreed to do the work initially and backed out with out proper answer and when I tried to reach them they are saying weird answers and don't recommend them as they me leave the work in the middle of the job.

Maxi Painter and Drywall did an amazing job painting multiple rooms in our house. Truly high quality professional work at very reasonable pricing. They worked quickly and left the areas they worked spotless. We will use them again!

I had popcorn ceiling removal done in many rooms of my house. The crew arrived on time, protected every surface, walls, carpet, stairs and hard wood floors. Retouched my walls from the tape, waste removal and cleaned. Following completion, I had a strange square spot on 1 ceiling and they came back and fixed it within a couple hours of my phone call on a Sunday at no charge.
I am so impressed. All of this at a very fair price. I would hired them again in a heartbeat.

The crew did a phenomenal job on our townhouse, highly recommend! They took switch plates off the walls, mirrors off the walls, pulled the fridge and stove out and painted behind them for a complete and thorough job. (The previous painter just painted around everything and cut corners.) They also did a great job cleaning up after the job. I absolutely recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the work of painting my home which needed precautions due to having lead paint and also had blistered areas from a previous painting. MAXI Painters protected the ground and neighbors property and did a great job on scraping, priming and painting. They stand by their work, are timely, and are easy to communicate with.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Maxi Painter and Drywall. From initial quote to finished project, we were really impressed with the owners and the crew they had here for a full week putting our house back together after water damaged ceilings and walls on three floors of our house.
We typically do all our own home repairs but had too many projects all at once. We were really nervous, as this was our first time hiring out, but were extremely happy with the quality of their work and the value. We WILL be using them again for future projects.

Absolutely exceptional experience start to finish! We had our popcorn cielings removed and a smooth texture applied. The price was competitive and the team that came out did a great job protecting our house from the mess of removing the popcorn cielings. I can't recommend them enough! I've had Maxi Painters out a few time for different interior jobs around the house and been happy every time. They are very quick to get a quote, communicate well throughout the process, and the end product always looks great.

Maxi Painter was referred to us by our drain tile contractor to replace the Sheetrock removed necessary to do their install and they were great to work with! We also had them paint the room where work was done and retexture a few ceiling areas. They were in and out in one day and took great care to protect the areas around where they worked/traveled in our home. Owners are good people - responsive and willing to answer all questions. I interviewed 7 different paint companies in the area and they surpassed them all. A plus rating on timeliness, attention to detail, reasonable rates, quality painting, traditional painting technique for the best quality (especially for our trim and cabinets), cleanliness on the job and post job, very out going and attentive to our every request. The paint job turned out absolutely stunning and they worked so hard to finish the job on time and didn’t move on to another job til ours was finished amd we were 100 percent satisfied even in the tiniest or biggest detail:)
They even went to all the trouble of ordering/replacing these small screw head covers in our threshold that went missing during the paint job!

I have to say Iris is a lifesaver. Her & her husband is very patient, knowledgeable, and does a GREAT JOB. I knew nothing about painting or fixing holes in walls. I’ve literally called about 15 people to try to compare prices and back to Maxi Painter I went. Iris will stay in contact and work with you up to the day of your appointment. Her husband was on time and started the job right away. This man knows his stuff. When he showed me the 1st hole he fixed I almost cried, I couldn’t believe my eyes. He left to get more paint and the ceiling was difficult but him and his worker got the color on point. When it dried completely you couldn’t ever tell it was a problem. I’m telling you these people will make you smile and be GLAD YOU CALLED THEM.

Not all small painting businesses will remove popcorn ceilings. Ivan's crew did an excellent job with this and painting the whole interior of my townhome. They came back in a timely manner to take care of a couple areas that needed additional work. Ivan and Iris kept me informed during the whole process and only one more day was needed to complete the project. I would hire them again if needed.

His team is certified to work with lead, and they did a great job at containing the lead, covering the walls with a good skim coat, and making the walls look great. Ivan came promptly to make an estimate. Ours was a smallish exterior painting job—hard to get bigger companies to take except at an outlandish price. Maxi's bid was very reasonable. They did the job to a high standard, sending a crew of two to power wash and then a crew of four who did thorough sanding, then primed and painted in astonishingly short order. We were very pleased.

What a great company to work with! So responsive from beginning to end. Even though it was kind of a smaller project, they made us a priority which was great since we had other things to do after their part was complete. It was unusual project (painting a basement ceiling) and they gave us suggestions on materials and methods. We would definitely call them first for any future project!

Ivan and his crew did such an amazing and professional job refinishing our 3-season porch. They took their time to carefully remove all the screens, and replaced several pieces of rotted wood around the window openings, prior to starting sanding and re-staining. They then replaced all screens and left the area clean before they left. In a matter of a day, the space went from drab to wow, and we are now finally able to enjoy spending time on our porch!
