Called Rustburg store, kept getting message that phone couldn't receive calls, called NC store, they told me to call the Axton store. I called Axton, looking for 6x6x24 boards. First I was told there were none. Then I received a call saying they had them. Great! At 3:15, I called to say I was on the way and would be there at 4:45 to pick up the wood and to please not close. I drove almost 70 miles one way only to be told when I got there at 4:45 that I couldn't have the wood because it was too late in the day and nobody was there to load it onto my flatbed trailer. Why didn't they tell me on the phone when I said when I would be there? I guess I wasn't part of the good ole' boys network. I definitely felt played and will never recommend them to anyone. What they did was wrong.
