James and his crew did a full overhaul on our 100 year old house. From replacing rotted wood, new exterior paint, and installing a new roof, they made our home look good as new! Their crew is prompt, polite, and tidy! We would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

My Insurance company was saying that I didn’t have hail damage and was refusing to pay but Josh refused to give up, he fought for us, stayed in contact with updates and kept us in the loop about any little change. It took 8 months but he got the claim approved and the roof has been completed and it is awesome. I’ve now used James and his team at two different homes for different projects and I cannot say enough about him and his top notch work they do. They are absolutely the easiest and most honest contractors I have ever worked with and their prices are extremely fair. James is easy to access, communicate with, thorough, professional and is just soo nice! We used him for some serious foundation work, painting and fixing cracks at one place and some minor electrical fixes and trim work at our other place. He is my #1 person to call for anything and if he doesn’t have an answer - he always figures it out! I feel blessed to know him as he always sets my mind at ease. You will not go wrong with using James and his company Maverick for any of your home needs!

We absolutely loved working with Maverick Roofing! Our insurance company was VERY difficult. Despite having many signs of storm damage our insurance was still not approving us for a roof. These guys did an amazing job working with our insurance and ended up getting the claim approved with very little work on our end! Our roof looks amazing and it was all so easy for us as home owners. James and Cody were very professional and honest and made sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend. Plus they’re just super cool dudes.

You won't find anyone better! I can't say enough good things about Cody Reed and his company. We had so many issues and he took care of them all. Whole new roof, window screens replaced, gutters replaced, new paint where needed, whole fence restained!!! Cody handled all the pictures, all the insurance (what a blessing), coordinated all the contractors and kept us informed every step of the way. After each contractor came and went he inspected everything and made sure we were satisfied. The roofing couldn't have gone any better. I have flower beds all around the house and he knew I was concerned, but I didn't need to be. His crew were very careful, they kept the property as clean as possible during the whole process. Absolutely any issues that came up Cody handled quickly and professionally. It was the best contracting experience I have ever had! Will recommend this company 1,000 percent to anyone and everyone!! Joshua was very congenial & went way beyond the extra mile. My insurance said they would not pay for the roof yet Joshua stood firmly against them. He just kept on taking different avenues to convince them that they were wrong & that I indeed needed a new roof. If it hadn’t been for Joshua‘s diligence and perseverance, I would not have gotten a new roof. He also closely supervised all the work that was done on my roof. Joshua is THE BEST!

Amazing! For the longest time my husband and I were having a major issue with our patio cover due to it originally being poorly constructed, leaving it leaking horribly and beginning to sag. Not only were Maverick Roofing quick to respond, but they came together with a plan that both fixed our patio within days of consultation and did so in a very affordable and effective way! We will definitely be using them in the future for all roofing and constructive services!

Awesome experience with Cody and his team. Very professional and a great value. It was a small job, which in some cases is harder to get a quote and get someone out to get it done. They answered all of my questions and addressed the concerns I had with down spouts and funnels for my gutters. They came up with a great solution and we are very happy with the work they did.
