my experience with maps RV was all negative. I told him I needed an estimate done on a hail damaged RV. They said it would be no charge. I took it over there. They did the estimate. I had to turn it into my insurance company myself when I went to pick the RV up they charged me 180 bucks so they lied to me and they screwed me not only that there were several items damaged by the hail on my RV that they didn’t even put on their estimate I will now be going to camping World in Oklahoma City to get my RV fixed and they will do an appraisal for no charge so please steer clear of Matts RV and I will be spreading more information about his bad service in the future $180 for absolutely nothing cost me 100 to take it over there and go get it and bring it back home. No Matts RV for me.

Matt seems like a wonderful man that knows his stuff when it comes to RVS and supplies .We were in the area for several months and used his business several times for RV supplies while there .

Very friendly and always communicative with me on the status of my RV and what work needed to be done. I would definitely take my trailer here again.

Great customer care willing to help pick my trailer up off the side of the road and bring it to their shop and repair it. Repairs were great on time as Promise, a great price some the greatest people have ever met. I will recommend anyone to shop there. Matt’s did excellent work repairing a slide and went above and beyond working with the manufacturer to get it covered by warranty.

We were driving west from Clinton, Oklahoma on I-40 when the tire pressure indicator on our Subaru came ON. We exited at the next exit. Luckily Matt's RV Service was right there. My wife went in and asked if they had air. She was told to pull up to the first bay. It was raining but 2 young guys came out pulling a long air hose. They proceeded put air in all our tires. I thanked them for their help and we went on our way. This is kind of help you do not forget.

Well My husband and I watch Matt’s RV and reviews. Went to PA for the 2023,show. Bought Motorhome. Saw Matt and Andrea they took our info so they could send us a Bobble head and we never received it. This is so sad ! We love them so much but we’ve been disappointed. What happened to the free bobble head of Matt because we purchased a beautiful motorhome?

We had a great visit. It was a nice respite on a long drive. Staff were very nice. We bought a few items to help support them. We are trying to keep Camping World from getting a chokehold on the RV market.

Matt is by far the nicest business owner I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is honest, I knowledgeable and knows his business inside and out! Brittany is an amazing salesperson; she answered every question completely and went out of her way to accommodate our needs. If you need anything that is RV related this is the place to go! Well worth the drive. I know I will return to do business even though it’s a 3 hour drive.

Excellent experience! Britany and Matt were wonderful from the first phone call and throughout purchasing our new RV. They were patient doing the paperwork and showing us how everything works with our young kids running around.

NOPE GO TO THE NEXT PLACE! Guy sold me a Rv that leaks threw the a/c when it rains. The work he did on the slide out cut open the floor after the 3ed time of the going in and out . And the list keeps going the more I stay in it .

Traveling from AZ to TN and our AC stopped working. Called while in NM and they said they could see us that day. Diagnosis confirmed leak in AC; replaced with same model on our Airstream the same day. Great customer service and a veteran discount to boot.

Great service, friendly staff! They had what we needed for our 5th wheel . The AC compressor was shot. We were back on the road in an hour and 15 minutes! Highly recommend this business!

I was disappointed with my last service at Matt’s RV. My docking station door was missing when my camper was returned to me after getting repaired for 3 weeks. They claimed it was wind but I’ve never had that happen to me. I felt like it was more of a negligent problem than secondary to the weather. I had to pay for a new one, though it was not incredibly expensive it was more the principal of the matter, and a really great chance to show you you’re appreciated as a customer after having paid several thousand dollars within the past month.

I have had good experiences with the team at Matt’s RV! They did make it right and took care of me after the experience. Matt reached out to me on the phone and I really appreciated it!

Matts service department replace my old AC unit with a bigger one. Staff has always been more than nice when I’ve went in for parts or whatever I’ve needed.

I would highly recommend Matt's RV. Our furnace broke down while traveling this winter from WI to AZ during the holidays. To say they went out of their way to service us is an understatement. I am one year into owning my first camper and as luck would have it it’s already been in the shop a few times for warranty work. Those few times in the shop for warranty work were a nightmare and didn't leave me with much hope for the next shop to work on my camper. Shortly after all the warranty work was done a bad storm came thru my area damaging my camper as well as many others at the rv park. I’ve driven by Matt’s a thousand times over the years and knowing my camper needed a bunch of work done I figured I would give them a shot. So far they have been the best shop I’ve dealt with for my camper. They were professional and strait up about all the work that needed to be done as well as the timelines to do it. They also seemed to be a one stop shop for not just repair work but upgrades and accessories as well. For any future work on my camper they will have my business.

The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. We had an insurance claim and Matt’s walked us through the process with no problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Called about a cracked vent on trailer, weather was forecast. Took trailer and dropped it off on a Friday and had work done on Tuesday. Was reasonable price and repair looked like original

I happened to be on a cross country motorcycle trip when I had a mechanical issue at the exit that Matt's RV service is on. Two of Matt's staff assisted us in getting the bike working well enough to get to a repair shop that they recommended. I attempted to pay them for their time and they refused the money and said they were just glad they could help. They saved my day and wouldn't even let me buy them lunch. It's great to see that there are still hard working and honest people out there that are willing to help out a stranger.

Matt, Brittany and the rest of the crew worked very hard to install everything I needed to bring our new Keystone trailer back to Minnesota. They cared about every detail and were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They spent half a day installing, fixing, and explaining everything from rooftop to tires. I highly recommend purchasing from them, you will be extremely happy you did. I really do wish we had a dealer this great here in Minnesota.
For the person who wrote about the dogs: Matt and his wife live on site and their dogs, who are very friendly, love to say hi to people and hang out in the store. I personally like seeing animals when I walk into places. These people are soo kind that they would help you regardless of your situation. They do not discriminate at all and the dogs are not meant to intimidate anyone. I would be proud to have them as my friends and hang out with them if I lived in Oklahoma.

We literally just left from here. We were waiting in the parking lot for my parents to meet us here to go inside when there were 3 dogs released into the parking lot. I’m assuming we’re too brown to be here lol I’m terrified of dogs and also allergic so to have dogs just roaming around a place of business is beyond unprofessional.

I’m also active duty military and I saw they had a “support our troops” sign in the front. How ironic. I guess my skin color cancels out my 9 years in the service! If releasing your dogs was intended to scare me away, congratulations it worked!

The staff was very patient and helpful with all of our questions during the purchasing process. Everybody was in a good mood and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Exactly what you expect from western Oklahoma people.

Very knowledgeable and friendly people. They had a well stocked parts room and store. We did not have service performed here, just were looking for propane lines and fittings for the outdoor grill. They had what we needed and were very helpful. They even came out and looked at the RV to see what we needed at no charge. Excellent customer service.

We purchased a Montana High country from Matt and the service from start to finish was outstanding. The price was very competitive and Britney took care of all of the details all by phone. I even called to to make sure I was not missing something in the whole process, it was just too easy. Matt conducted the best walk through we have every be provided! He answered every question, demonstrated the hitching and auto leveling procedure, and the watched me complete the tasks. I would recommend Matt’s RV to everyone looking for a RV.
We have had our trailer repaired on three occasions and the work has been done very well. We just had Matt put on a new roof due to hail damaged and they did an excellent job.

Not on a great place to purchase RV’s but service when needed is excellent.
