Alicia has been the best. We started the process last summer not knowing exactly what we wanted. She was extremely knowledgeable in everything I asked. Not only that she has went above and beyond along with all the guys in the shop for inspections and making sure we had the right trailer for our family. Highly recommend.

We had a trade in that they gave us a good deal on and then we got a nice, lightly used MPG. There were a few dings but nothing to worry about with the great price they gave us!

My husband and I bought our camper from here & it was a decent buying process, but once we actually picked it up, there were quite a few things wrong with it. My husband and I had to buy it online without looking at first for personal reasons, and the dealership was not honest about what it actually needed and what was wrong with it. Every time we try to buy a part from them, they don’t have it in stock or it “doesn’t exist”. Our water heater was also rusted so bad that it had broke and flooded the carpet, and when we tried to go through our warranty we were told it would take a couple weeks for it to go through. That happened in September of 2024 & we haven’t heard anything since. I’m lucky that my husband and i didn’t have to rely on the dealership for that, so we went ahead and bought one out of our own pocket. Save yourself the headache and hassle and don’t go through this place.

I am very disappointed in my experience. I was told everything was checked and in working order. It was not. The refrigerator didn’t work, the air conditioners not serviced and cleaned, the toilet leaks when flushed, the Rv had not been cleaned, the bed frame is broken, large area in floor looks like repaired and spliced in at some point. None of these issues were disclosed as I asked. Brittany was very deceptive in assuring me all in working order. I have already had to spend over 600.00 to replace the fridge and the toilet. Since I have discovered some kind of issue with the slide as it leaks some rusty substance so that has to be dealt with as well. Deceptive trade practices going on. I trusted when I was told everything was good, no damage. So not true. I would not have made the purchase had I known these issues existed without negotiations on the purchase price or these issues being addressed. Very unhappy customer.

First time doing business with Altus RV. They were straight forward and very reasonable with parts and labor costs. I will be doing business with them again.

I bought my fifth wheel from Altus RV in January of this year after searching for one that I liked for over a year. They started out nice and helpful. When I picked up the camper, they washed it and all but didn't remove the stickers from the front nose cap of the unit. That should have been my first warning sign.

I drove home 5 hours and upon getting it parked, went to remove the 2015 sticker that was on it. Upon removing it, I found that the gelcoat was damaged into the fiberglass on the nosecap. I contacted the sales person who said she'd have Tony, the owner contact me. I patiently waited and finally called several more times only to talk to Tony once and when he found out who I was went to "put me on hold" and hung up. I talked to Bridget who said she'd talk to the owners and have been totally ghosted to this day.

I would say if you go to buy from them, be sure to check and double check it over for damage and consider a professional inspection from a third party.

They went right to work and removed the damaged parts and made emergency repairs to my roof. They are the best!!!

We took our camper in for several repairs, and they had it out sooner than promised. They do excellent work, and the staff is friendly & helpful. 10/10 would recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff that will help you find exactly what you want! But don't be fooled by the super nice and helpful staff. They will sell you a piece of shit and smile as they do it. If the star system went less than 0, I'd be raking them at about a negative 4, gotta leave room for further disappointment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU NEVER PURCHASE AN RV FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I’m thankful, as a full-time RVer, that Altus RV Center came to town. I had issues with a tank and my RV was still under warranty and they took awesome care of me. Jennifer is an outstanding associate and helped me through the process. Even when I had to come back a couple of times for other stuff they truly helped, had great attitudes and awesome professionalism.

I can’t believe how fast and nice everyone is here and they told us everything that was wrong with our older trailer. I just Thank God we found this place and Curtis is great with explaining everything. Thank you from Mark and Linda Stilson

Customer service was great! This family owned business went over and about to make us happy and they threw in extras to make our first RV trip successful. Wonderful price and great RV's. I would highly recommend this business!

The people took time to talk and work with us. They quickly repaired road damage above and beyond what was discussed and stayed within budget. Highly recommended.

Had my camper serviced so it was ready for summer. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to have any work and maintenance done for my RV.

We are experienced RVers, bought a rig from this establishment, no end of issues, and no end of denial and unhelpfulness from the dealership,, sad to see a business that cares so little about the long term health of their customer relationships, and only wants the one time sale. I like to support local, but honestly Altus, go to OKC for these sorts of purchases

Do your diligence when working with this company! Be sure and get an outside inspection!

They refused to allow us on the roof for inspection. When we took ownership and had it looked at the roof was in terrible condition. Black was showing thru indicating we would have to replace the roof membrane. Total deteriorating. Rig had mattress both propane tanks and spare removed. Blamed on COVID!
Please beware of what you’re buying from them. Learned a lesson!

I purchased a 2016 Puma a few months ago. I am very pleased with the transaction. They offered to do a video walk through before I drove from San Angelo. When I got there the rv was just as it was in pictures and the facetime video. The staff was very knowledgeable and even took the time to show me how to operate everything as I have never owned an rv before. Then when I forgot everything they taught me when I got home, they facetimed me again to show me. I have had no issues with the rv so far and like I said I love it! Bridget and Brooklyn were very friendly and made the whole process easy.

Very disappointed in myself for having trusted the Willis. If you are reading this, go and buy that RV that is a couple thousand more elsewhere.
Bought an RV here at what seemed a good price...HOWEVER, found AC's are not working. One cools for a few minutes the other pops the breaker after 2 minutes of running. Most likely needs 2 new a/c's. Was told by Bridgette that it was there cable that was causing AC to turn off, that was not the case. Hot water heater had been bypassed physically to where no cold water was entering because the heater side had a leak. Someone had to have capped off two pipes to make this happen. This was an easy fix and am left surprised at the lack of effort and/or incompetence demonstrated here. The freezer is working but the fridge is not. When we looked at the fridge for .5 he Bridgette
said it was normal for it to take an hour to cool down. Again, not the case. Most likely needs a new fridge. Gas lines had leaks at the pig tails. Yet another easy and inexpensive repair they could not be bothered to do, despite the danger of neglecting this repair. Water pump was miswired (switch was wired backwards and causing a short) and not working had to be rewired and pump replaced. The pump was only 60.00, on a +20k fifth wheel you won't spend this small amount to fix? Furnace needs a new mother board.
Thankfully for me I am handy and am able to troubleshoot and repair a lot of this. But if I were to take this thing in to an RV place I would probably be looking at spending 8k to get this rig sorted out.
Again I say, if you are reading this I recommend you go buy the RV that is a couple thousand more at that other RV place. Save yourself the time and money.
Bridgette will tell you that they check that all major components are in working condition. Take that with a grain of salt...

I had talked to Bridgett about a camper for sale, and was told she would hold a camper for me until I knew if I’d be approved or not through my bank. I had been upfront with her that it would take 24hrs to know, and even texted her the morning of, that I was told I would be approved, and it just needed to be signed off on by the bank loan manager. I got approved for a loan through my bank, and all I needed was a picture of the title. So after a hard credit check from my bank, and a build up of excitement she completely ghosted me & blocked my number. Absolutely atrocious business etiquette. Literally all you have to do is say, “I’m sorry, I sold it.” She didn’t even have the decency to do that. I read the reviews prior and figured it couldn’t be that bad if I was approved through my bank and not use their company for financing, and boy was I wrong. I would say to AVOID AT ALL COST. There are numerous Camper Vendors, and decent prices doesn’t justify shady business.

EDIT: The owner tried to comment that nothing can be held without a deposit, but I have screenshots of her saying she’d hold it and nothing was EVER mentioned of a deposit. This should prove as previously stated SHADY and AVOID AT ALL COST.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Avoid this place like the plagues. We took our RV here to be repaired and they did a horrible job. They “repaired” our rear wall on our Montana and within 5 months we were having the same issue. Tried to reach them to get fixed again and they DODGED OUR CALLS. Called 10x, sent 4 emails, 7 texts and 3 FB messages WITH NO RESPONSE. Had a friend there locally in Oklahoma call (with a local number) and Bridgette answered after 1 ring (this was 5 min after she dodged a call and text from me). I then called from a google voice number that said i was in Texas and she finally answered. Their lying and deceit ended up costing us well over $500 out of pocket expenses that should have been $0. If you have any questions, let me know. I can provide proof that they don’t do repairs properly and that they don’t return your messages when they don’t want to fix their screw-ups.

I have documentation from Camping World (that fixed screwed up “fix” by Willis) that proves they did a horrible job.

I have pics of the call logs, email, texts and FB messages that show Willis WON’T answer your calls (if they have you on caller ID.

I have pics that show they do answer the phone when you aren’t in caller ID.

I have documentation from Keystone that shows Willis DID NOT contact them on my behalf like they said they did.
