On August 7, Martins Construction and Recovery came to save the day (after a horrible experience with another company.)Martins began the process of fixing my demolished bathroom, and by August 23, they have completed almost everything. The only thing left is the glass for the shower, which has been ordered. Martins Constructions work was absolutely fantastic—truly exemplary. The team at Martins Construction and Recovery were not only empathetic and energetic but also completed the job quickly. Timmy and Erica Martin, the owners, are fabulous communicators and incredibly helpful.

The workers were professional and kind, with Nick in charge paying attention to detail, he especially stood out for his dedication to his work quality and mentoring a younger employee, Jackson. Both were exceptionally sweet and considerate. All of their coworkers and collaborating companies brought their A-game. Thank you so much, Martins Construction! You have been a major blessing to our family, and we genuinely appreciate you.

They are professional, they do excellent work, and do an excellent job of communicating throughout the project.
They go above, and beyond to ensure the customer is completely satisfied and they are a great advocate for the customer.
Some thing that is very important in this day and time is that they are trustworthy.

Had a bathroom and kitchen remodeled. Could have searched all over and not found a company better than this one. This company showed up on time and answered the phone everytime I called. The work they done was 100% top notch. I’ve never had such a professional job done on any job I’ve ever had done. Thank you Martin construction for your professionalism and awesome work. I love my kitchen and bathroom. Will definitely use you again.

They are hands down the best you will find! They do the best work and pay attention to detail. I would only use them anytime I need work done.

Highly don't recommend unless your filing an insurance claim or a company uses them to do work.

Scheduled appointment to discuss major remodeling. Company cancelled, after having the appointment set for a month, and wanted to reschedule due to 47 new storm claims.

I don't blame you Marin Restoration. Taking possibly 30 minutes of your time to discuss this, having life long customer and referral, isn't worth it when you can do work for insurance claims purposes on 47 other homes that just popped up out of nowhere last minute.

Can't have 48 customers, only the 47 with insurance claims. Great job! At least you canceled and wasn't a "no show", but would have been a no show had my husband not contacted you to confirm the appointment scheduled with you.

*Edit to add- I believe I am the one you need to contact if you have an issue with my review, not talking to your other customers (which is very unprofessional) or contacting others to have a discussion about my review. No favors were done here. You either do certain things someone asks if you can do, or you don't. If you don't do as you say on the front end, I don't want to do business with you, and that is for any business, as it reflects how you operate your business overall.

They replaced my roof in 2020 & did a superb job. I will be using them for a roof on a rental and for and up and coming bathroom remodel & more

They did a great job on my roof and were very thorough cleaning up afterward. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend!

Window installers arrived on time. Actually a little early which means on time for me. They explained to me exactly how they would be working and what I was to expect. They were very clean when removing windows and installing. Very professional, very respectful of me and my home. I can not express how happy I am with the service received. Did I already mention how clean they worked, it's worth repeating more than once. Will definitely make sure any further work on my home is done with them.

Martin Construction & Restoration replaced my roof and gutters. They were top notch. Everything was explained and detailed. Rebekah from the office called me every day and came by to check how things were being done. I will definitely use them in the future!!

This was the second time I've used Martin's. They installed new windows in my home in 2015. I wanted to remodel my bathroom this year and knew that I would get great work again from Martin's. Erica Martin came to my house and gathered information and emailed me an estimate in a couple days. Within a few days I met with Erica and Rebekah at the office and we went over budget and they gave me great tips for the remodel. The guys, Timmy, Lee, Nick, Bishop, and Nicholas were great. I want to name each one of them because it's like a small family coming into your home. Each one of them were respectful of my home and of me and my husband. I had a lot of questions and Timmy Martin answered each of my questions and never made me feel like I was a bother. I had a part in each step of the remodel. They never just assumed what I wanted done and always asked if I was satisfied with the work each day. They cleaned up everyday and a mess was never left behind. I would recommend Martin's Construction and Restoration for any of your remodeling needs.

We had roof damage from a storm. Erica was very prompt to respond. She arrived with her staff to photograph and estimate the damages. She took care of all the paperwork and contacted the insurance company. She even came back with the insurance adjuster to make sure everyone was on the same page. Repairs were set and the crew arrived promptly! They were very nice and professional. I bet they walked around a thousand times to make sure no nails were left. You can't even tell they were here other than a beautiful new roof!

It was great working with Martin Construction on replacing my roof and gutters! The guys and gals did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company and I will be using them again on future jobs.

They were recommended by my insurance company for restoration work. I called and was scheduled an appointment. 30 min after the appointment time I called to make sure I did not write down the wrong info. I was informed they would not be coming and they are not interested. No one called to cancel, I checked my voicemail before calling to make sure I did not miss a message.
