This is the 2nd time I am using Marroquin roofing. They previously did a fantastic job on our roof for which I already left a review. This time, I needed them to remove the siding from around the upper windows at the front of my home. There was a gap between the window frame & siding and on stormy/windy rain days, rain water was coming through the gap and eventually would drip through to my living room ceiling. Just as with my first use of them, the quote given was reasonable, the communication with them was fantastic and once again, I was more than happy with the work performed. The siding was taken off, the insulation was replaced, new siding fitted & the frames around the window enlarged in order to overlap with the new siding. Any mess was completely cleared up. This company deserves all the good reviews possible. Decent, professional, family run business. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. From start to finish I couldn't be more satisfied with Marroqin Roofing. I tend to be fussy with who I choose to do work on my home, but from my first contact with them, they were polite, responsive, knowledgeable and their estimate was reasonable. When Jose first came to my home, he answered any questions I had without rushing me or pressuring me into a sale. A quote was sent to me and once I agreed to go ahead, Jose returned and we went over roofing colors. This a family run business, and clearly they take pride in their work. When the day came for installation, four trucks pulled up outside my home and flurry of activity ensued. Each person, and there were many, clearly had a specific duty, which was performed with care and perfection. Again, if I had questions, Jose took the time to answer. As far as I'm concerned, Jose and his team were super efficient, professional, took no shortcuts, and went beyond what I was expecting them to do. I would recommend them to anybody who needs roofing work done. My house roof and garage roof were completed in a day and a half, all debris cleared and taken away, and just very happy homeowners remained.
