Marcus General was recommended to me and I'm thrilled with the work they have done! Beside being professional they are friendly and they have offered great suggestions for a finished product. Matt and Emilee are very accommodating to the many changes I have requested and Michelle is always so helpful and pleasant when I call the office. I can't say enough about Anthony and the work he does. He's so precise and meticulous no matter what he's doing. I have more projects to do and can't imagine hiring anyone else to do them!

I had a small drywall repair job. But the communication and professionalism in making sure I knew what was being done and the final quality of the project, was AMAZING!! I will DEFINITELY be using this company for any and all our future home projects.

Working on a century-old home always poses unexpected challenges, but Matt and his crew did an outstanding job on an admittedly unusual project. They were open to tackling a different approach to a problem to suit my aesthetic, and the underlying structural work is solid and professional. Juan and Dylan were so skilled and helpful. They cleaned up their mess better than any contractor I have ever worked with. And when a scary mishap happened they handled it with professionalism and made everything right. And Matt is great too. Very good communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Matt and his crew did a phenomenal job! After a hot water pipe burst in our finished basement, we needed a complete replumb and the entire downstairs level rebuilt. Estimates for the rebuild from 2 different contractors were denied by insurance due to insufficient justification. Matt's estimate was approved within 3 days of submission and right before Christmas. Work started immediately on Dec 19th, stopped for the holiday weekend, and picked up again on the 26th. The crew worked diligently. We were asked each Friday if it was ok for the crew to work that weekend.
Now that the job is finished, the basement looks gorgeous! The color scheme suggested by Matt is perfect for all areas.
Matt saw areas that needed to be fixed, but were unrelated to the water damage, and offered to fix them at no additional labor fee.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Matt and his crew. They took a very ugly and disheartening issue and turned it into a wonderful experience.
I would definitely recommend this company for any construction or rebuild work needed.

I liked working with Matt designing the bathroom/laundry room. He listened to how I envisioned the space and he made it better. His work looks great and he cleaned up the space when he was done. Good communication with me which I really appreciated.

I called 33 contractors that work in the Spokane area only two of them responded to me one it took 3 Days To after multiple calls Matt called me 10 minutes after I left a message on his way home from another job stopped by and looked at what I needed done gave me a quote right after Christmas was over rescheduled the work Matt showed up Saturday morning and did not leave my home besides to go get parts and materials until the job was done he is one of the most professional people I've worked with or had work for me in a long time I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a general contractor him and his wife were so understanding about everything did everything that was on the quote plus extra left my home looking better than what it was originally I can't say enough good things about this company I will tell everybody in my family about them and hope everybody uses them because I would love to see their business grow we need more people like this thank you Matt

Matt is easy to work with and was flexible with my schedule. I’m the type of person that wants what they want when they want it. He was very accommodating in that respect, I would definitely hire him again.

Had them remove french doors and install a sliding glass door ,they did a great job , looks awesome very happy with the process, he asked me before he did it asked if I was ok with it,made sure I understood what he was about to ,really professional
