Walt and team do excellent work! We hired Walt to completely finish our basement and he exceeded our expectations. He finished on time and within the initial budget we had. Was awesome to work with and has great communication. Highly recommend!

Walter responded to our inquiry almost immediately; stopped by the next day and posted a detailed estimate that evening for our bathroom/bedroom remodel. Throughout the project, his level of communication and responsiveness exceeded our expectations. The new rooms look awesome!

Manning building company was referred to us by good friends and we are so thankful. When we first reached out Walt was super responsive and communicative and when we met and he assessed what we wanted to do to finish the basement, he gave us some great ideas and inspiration. He was also really clear about what was possible. As the work began his team was so efficient and thorough, and respected our home since we lived in it with our kids the entire time they did the work. Walt and his team were nothing short of awesome, they kept us posted on how the work progressed, did and really nice, clean and thorough job, and even took on some additional projects we added on as they began the work. We would highly recommend Walt and his team if you’re looking for your next big home project / build / investment! Thank you manning building co!

Walter did a great job on a whole house renovation for us. We added a two car garage with a bonus room above it, extended the dormer in the back of the house and renovated the entire house including taking down walls, new header beams, new kitchen, three new bathrooms, re-sided entire house and re-roofed entire house plus new paneling and screens in the porch. Walter’s approach with an open book cost plus contract saved us a huge amount of money and the project was completed on budget (even including needed field changes and some requested additional work) and was completed on time within the agreed upon schedule.

Walter and team have helped me with multiple projects over the last few years spanning from evaluations to significant renovations and have always delivered. Occasionally dealing with builders and contractors, communication can be an issue - not with them. Prices are always reasonable and Manning Building Company's emphasis on quality is obvious when you see their work. I would not hesitate to recommend MBC to friends and family.
