MANNING BUILDCO: New Construction and Renovations

Utilized this company for numerous projects over the past few months, including re-shingling dormers, exterior painting, interior painting, sheet rock and plaster work. Very responsive, good communications with me regarding job status. Knowledgeable owner. I highly recommend this builder.

Walter did a great job on a whole house renovation for us. We added a two car garage with a bonus room above it, extended the dormer in the back of the house and renovated the entire house including taking down walls, new header beams, new kitchen, three new bathrooms, re-sided entire house and re-roofed entire house plus new paneling and screens in the porch. Walter’s approach with an open book cost plus contract saved us a huge amount of money and the project was completed on budget (even including needed field changes and some requested additional work) and was completed on time within the agreed upon schedule.

Walter and his team have guided me through multiple projects and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From large scale residential new house builds to smaller renovations Manning building is the way to go. Walter has also helped my sister evaluate multiple houses when she was looking to buy a home. Working with Walter I have noticed that his attention to detail and construction knowledge are second to none. Thank you Walter for all of the guidance and help through the years. S
