Gansett Solar

After trying to work with a number of other solar companies, I finally ran across Chris and the team at Gansett. I was in a crunch to get approval from my local Historic District Committee at the same time as my metal roof. Gansett was a great partner - they were able to gather all the info to get the project approved, in time to piggyback on the in-progress metal roof HDC approvals. They worked well coordinating with our metal roof installer (ECMR) to keep our roof warranty intact; and were able to add our 30 panels + battery before winter set in. We're very pleased with our install and production. Our house is 150+ years old, so it was great to work with a team able to adapt to the 'unique' aspects of our house and local red tape. Very responsive, capable team to work with!

Gansett solar handled the entire process from appropriate sizing all the way through to system turn on (this included getting accepted into the NG regrowth program). Everyone involved was professional and extremely helpful. A simple email was all it took if I wanted to find out where we were in any part of the process. Highly recommended.

Christopher is extremely honest and genuine. He has fantastic customer service and has always answered my emails and calls promptly. He is incredibly knowledgeable in the industry and was able to answer all of my questions clearly and concisely. I would refer him to my family.

Recently had my solar project complete and excited to see it working! Wes at Gansett Solar was a huge help and kept communication open and easy. He a as not pushy and worked with my busy schedule to provide information and setup.

Some hiccups with scheduling but I am looking forward to having solar.
Well the system was installed over 2 months ago and the system is still not functional.
This company has a communication problem.
SDG&E is waiting on them....
I tried to get updates but was brushed off and told I didn't have to do anything else. That was not true.
They also gave incorrect information about cost of power and they have not explained how the system works.
Find a more experienced company.
