Unprofessional and unresponsive.
I contacted Mancilla Roofing for a roof repair quote and was told someone would come by on Saturday, with a time confirmed by Friday. Friday came and went with no reply. Saturday passed without a call or visit.
On Monday at 8:20am I received a text explaining there was a roofing emergency over the weekend but someone could be there by 9am. I thought this was completely unprofessional but decided to give them a second chance. I wouldn't be home that day so I agreed to a visit on Wednesday. I asked for a time frame so I could make sure someone was home and never received a reply.
I have yet to hear back. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Best contractor ever! We had such delays with our insurance company and they were patient with us till the end. They finished our roof in less than a day and it looks fantastic. They also don’t upsell you on unnecessary repairs and are very cost affordable. They repaired our rotting sideboards around our dormers before the roof replacement and was the only company willing to take the job. Very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them and will only use them in the future.

A giant oak tree fell on our 112-year old house during a storm. It squashed the front porch and caused extensive damage to the roof and all the supporting rafters across the front of the house, including the chimney.

Mac and his crew of framers knew exactly what to do to replace all the rafters and restore the porch. It was an amazing thing to watch! Mancilla Roofing specializes in metal roofs and so we decided to spring for a metal porch roof in a color that complements the architectural shingles they installed on the rest of the house. They even repaired the chimney and it has never looked so good. Gustavo went the extra mile after the roof was done by replacing soffits and siding trim that was damaged.

Misty is the office manager and stayed in constant contact with us concerning scheduling and material deliveries. But she was also right in the thick of it, tearing off the old roof and hauling bundles of new shingles and other materials. Everybody works (except me).

Our house has never been so solid, or looked so good.

Exceptional service and professionalism. I contacted Mancilla Roofing to get a quote and in less than a day they were at our house and the following day I had the pricing. Once we decided to use their company they contacted us to let us know when the materials would be dropped and when the crew would show up to begin work. My mom and me are very happy with all the work they did on the house, they took 2 layers of shingles off and replaced rotted wood,replaced flashing and drip edge,and put on a great looking 3 tab shingle back on, they also tore off and replaced the facer boards and carnish across the back at a great price.
They also cleaned up very good,we feel like they did a great job in a timely matter,

Wow, what a great experience with Mancilla Roofing! I had a leak on the bottom of my sky light. I had one company come out and say the skylight had to be replaced without even getting on roof. Then I had another company send a drone up on the roof and they wanted to replace the skylight. Both quotes were over $1000. I then called Mancilla roofing and Misty was very helpful and had someone come out promptly. She told me that no one could see what was going on without getting on the roof. The guys found the problem and fixed in an hour at a fraction of the cost of other roofing companies. Thank you Mancilla Roofing for being professional and honest. This is a family operated business and exactly who you want to deal with for something as important and permanent as a roof. They have done several roofs for me over the past two years using different materials - architectural shingling, metal roofing, and regular 3-tab shingles. After the terms are confirmed, they work fast and then their final price is exactly what they quoted. They use quality materials, state-of-the-art workmanship, clean up and are so polite. And if you have a question or an issue months later they help with a resolution. Misty has a degree in English which is evident in her communications. I have been to their house and they live in a regular humble home with a young growing family. I give them five stars and will call them for another roof when I need it.

Complete roof and gutter replacement. I received quotes from several roofers that performed work in my neighborhood. Not only did they have the best price, the workmanship and professionalism was above and beyond the others. They subcontracted the gutter work and then inspected their subs workmanship before reviewing with me. They warranty their work as well. I would hire them and recommend them to friends and family.

Mancilla replaced my roof and re-built my chimney. My roof was dilapidated and chimney was leaking. Gustavo came out quickly and diagnosed the problems. Each job was done with a very high standard of quality. Communication was great (Misty always called when she said she would and emails were replied to promptly). Excellent pricing and workmanship, I would happily use Mancilla again!

Installed 30ft of ridge venting plus replaced 6 pipe boots. Arrived on time, performed quality work, cleaned up afterwards. Competitive pricing, too. I'll hire again next time I have roofing needs.

By far the best experience with a contractor from start to finish.
My home needed a quite a bit work; Roof replacement, soffit, fascia gutters replacement, siding repair, deck rebuilt etc. (every item in bad shape).

I started with the roofing companies and after much time spent researching the many businesses out there (reviews, business registrations; BBB (A+) etc.). 5 made the cut. The larger roofing companies informed me how reputable they were and the brand of roofing materials they exclusively offered and were able to supply me contacts for the other services I needed. However, the Estimates were a bit shocking.

I then contacted Mancilla Roofing and Construction a local business (long time reputable company with positive reviews, A+ BBB, etc.).

Here is why my experience from start to finish was so great.

Mancilla arrived on time

They were the only ones who climbed up on the roof to inspect.

When I mentioned the other items, (soffit, fascia gutters replacement, siding repair, deck rebuilt etc.) I expected they too had contacts for those. However, come to find out not only did they specialize in roofs they also supply the other services I was needing too. Nice!

They were very attentive and thorough looking at each service I needed.

The final estimate had each service and cost broken out which would allow me to decide what or all I would want them to do; each service estimate was shockingly very reasonable. Labor warranties were the same as provided by the others.

With my confidence level immediate vs the others; I chose Mancilla Roofing and Construction without a second thought to perform every service.

I am so glad I did! The crew arrived on-time every day, not only did they deliver on everything in a prompt manner, the workmanship /quality of work and attention to detail was amazingly clear; even going above and beyond and the cleanup was top notch.

Not only am I so very happy with the results and quality of work; I am grateful for flawless experience of it all.
