I’ve used Malan maintenance several times and every time I said it would be the last but due to his competitive pricing I decided to keep using him. Well that was a mistake. He doesn’t return phone calls, damaged siding on several customers and refused to repair. I would NOT recommend this company if your looking for a professional job done right and a company that would stand by there warranty. From the countless nails left on site to the no call no show tactic I would be very hesitate on using this company!
