I own two properties both needed a roof I spoke to many roofers about estimate and I cross passed with cinco cause he was working on a neighbor of mine doing solar in Stratford he pricing is not only reasonable and fair but also it is a job well done please choose him

I would give 10 stars if I could. Working with Cinco was phenomenal. He was on site with the crew, reliable, and made sure everything was done perfectly. Communication was always very upfront and helpful and there were never any surprises.
We got a standing-seam metal roof and Cinco worked very hard to get us the best price possible, plus fixed multiple leaks and problems with the old roof at the same time. He also got us matching metal trim and siding that looks wonderful.
I Wholeheartedly recommend working with Cinco. The only sad thing for us is he did such a great job we won’t have need for him to come out again!

This company was top notch. They came set everything up moved some of my yard stuff and put everything back neat. They cleaned up constantly which is great being that we have 2 kids and 3 dogs who play outside. The roof came out great and the gutters came out great. They installed black gutters and it’s exactly what we wanted. They come with their own dumpster/trailer.

We had Cinco Home Improvement replace the roof on our house. I would
recommend them for any home improvements you have, the crews were professional, and worked efficiently, they keep the area around the house neat and picked up all trash, and cleaned any debris from the days work.

The work performed was exceptional. The manager explained what was going to be done and he also identified problem areas (leaks, rotten wood etc.), that needed to be addressed. The workers were very professional, well organized and skilled.

They completed the roof within three and a half days, including minor follow-up repairs.

I would recommend their services to anyone that needs roofing repairs or replacement.

We hired Cinco Home Improvements to replace our gutters, and I must say that Fausto the owner, was very professional and knowledgeable, and did an absolutely fantastic job on our beautiful gutters. The gutters were also installed with aluminum covers to prevent leaves and debris from getting into the drainage areas. After he completed the work, he made sure the yard was all cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a professional that knows his business. I am a homeowner that has had a fantastic experience with Cinco Home Improvements. I hired Cinco for the installation of my new roof. Removing a roof and installing a new one on a house in any size is a huge job. I had several contractors come to my home with estimates with numbers that seemed to be pulled from "sky" but Cinco was the only one that explained to me everything about my roof and what was needed and what was not needed that the other contractors did not explain to me. My new roof was installed very expedient and professionally, with pricing that was fair which the competitors could not match !! I "LOVE" the fact that all of the work performed was done very neatly and efficiently with cleanup being performed throughout the whole process. I have had other contractors work at my home where cleanup was not a priority during the job nor was it a priority at the end of the job !!! I even referred my mother to CINCO for her home construction projects and she LOVE'S them !!! Highly recommend. He came within a day or two of my call, did a thorough inspection, including taking drone photos, which he shared with me, did the work a few days later. Very professionally done. Reasonable price. He did not push me to do additional work beyond where the problem was. Very satisfied.

I'm a professional contractor and I used Cinco for my roof on my personal home. He did the job efficent and was in constant contact throughout the project. When there was extra work that needed to be done he let me know the pricing and took care of it right away. I really like the drone footage he sent me with the before and after photos. Can't say enough good things.

Cinco was honest, up front, and great value. He charged a very fair price compared to other bids, but the work was top notch. We just cut out the general contractor markup. He was recommended by another contractor, which was comforting too. Would use him again in a heartbeat.
