Joe with Main Choice Inspections, provided back to back home inspections for us. First one on our house to buy, the second on the house to sell. Inspector very knowledgeable and professional. Written report noted several areas not mentioned during in person inspection. Inspector also had to return since part of the property was overlooked and they had to return.

These guys were absolutely fantastic. From Mike who answered my questions on the phone, to the field tech Ryan, all the way up to the owner of the company who also had a hand in helping my situation. My mortgage company was being VERY particular about the report, and the guys at Main Choice Inspections worked with me for weeks to get it all sorted out. These guys bent over backwards, repeatedly tweaking and generating new reports to fit what they needed. The owner of the company himself even helped by writing a letter explaining some wording on the report, to clear up an issue the mortgage company had. All in all, this was a great company to work with, highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home, or in my case roof inspection.

I am a newbie to home ownership and inspections and Joe was fantastic! He showed up early and took his time to do a complete and thorough job. Do not do business with these people. They broke a thimble off my septic system. The house was more then 70 years old and they put a pipe wrench on the thimble and broke the pipe off the wall. Anyone could have seen that was not coming off if you were a real inspector. Just note it to the buyier and thats It .cost me over $1500.00 to fix it. They should have insurance to cover things like that, but I was stuck with the repair. If you see a pair of steps that are rotten would you try to go up them? No. Very poor judgement on their part. You need no qualifications to become and inspector, but you should have common sense. Still out my money . They even threatened to take me to court and it was their fault. Don't let anyone in your house without being there

Everyone I delt with were professional and friendly. They were very thorough and I received the report the same night as the inspection. Problem areas were highlighted which made reading the report easier.

The inspection report was the most thorough I have seen. The property was old and required a detailed and thorough inspection. Main Choice Inspections did a great job, gave a verbal report immediately after the inspection and provided a very detailed report with recommendations within a couple of days. Good value for money.
