Leaky roof and John arrived promptly to examine and fix it. This was at 4:00 pm, lasting 4 1/2 hrs as dark approached, and after a full day of work elsewhere. He replaced and shingled the entire 68' ridge cap, excellent work, and at a super reasonable price. Whenever I read these reviews, I wonder if the writer is family or an acquaintance. I discovered his business online and knew nothing about him previously but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for his outstanding work and fair pricing.

Jon and his crew are fantastic, came out and did my roof on a weekend in Dec '16. Due to heavy winds a little of the metal around the chimney lifted and he came right over and fixed it. Hired him to roof my shed too, best price and work around again!

This past July, I had the pleasure and good fortune to have work done on my house by Jon Bailey of Bailey and Sons Roofing. From the very first call that I made to Jon, to the day he and his team finished my roof, Jon was always approachable, courteous and extremely helpful during the process of repairing and replacing my old roof. I had contracted with Jon for the removal of two layers of composite roofing tiles, repair of parts of the roofing deck, addition of an overhang and soffits to the roof system, an ice and water shield wrap, a new metal roof with ridge vents, and new chimney pipe to replace the old rusting one. There were many details that went into this job including the creation of flashing around my existing skylights, the re-routing of the pipe from the exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms to give the roof a more streamlined appearance and the repair of insulation as the new overhang and soffits were being build. Every day, Jon and his team worked in a very professional and meticulous manner and each day they left my property in a clean condition. One of the best experiences with Bailey and Sons Roofing came when Jon agreed to build a dormer style roof over my front entry stairs in addition to all the work he had agreed to do. They did an excellent job. My house now has a much nicer appearance and my family and I have protection against the rain and snow. With the addition of the new overhang, I am no longer experiencing rain coming onto the window sills or water leaking into my basement through the top of the bilco doors.
The work that Jon and his team did has literally saved my house and I am extremely grateful. I highly recomment Bailey and Sons Roofing in Lewiston, ME. This is the best contracted home improvement job that I have ever experienced.

Jon is the best! He came out on a Saturday and cleaned our roof. He went above and beyond making sure the walkways and driveway was cleared after the snow removal. His communication was clear and he did exactly what he promised. An excellent company to deal with A+ in my book!

Jon is very knowledgeable and always gets back to me. I had multiple contractors try to fix a leak in my roof with no success until I got Jon Bailey over, roof hasn't leaked since. Very happy with this company
