Let me start by saying that Maleek is the best person for any of your renovation jobs. He did our kitchen renovation. Not only is he very friendly he listens to what you have to say and helps you with any of your needs. Needless to say he will be the only person we use going forward.

First off let me start by saying that Malik is one of, if not the best contractor I’ve came across in a very long time. He is prompt, professional, pays attention to detail, but also is very personable and has great customer service.

I had went into the attic to change the air filter and accidentally dented the attic floor/bedroom ceiling(see first pic). I let my landlord know and initially was ok with someone coming out in a couple days. However, when I was in my bathroom more of my ceiling came down (see second pic) and wanted someone to come out that day.

Thankfully Malik came out that same evening and saved the day. Come to find out there was a leak in my attic and the issue was much bigger than we all thought (see third pic). He worked pretty late into the night the first day, and came back the next 2 days to finish the job. He even was so kind to change the air filter in the attic (that I would’ve never seen by the way). After the job was finished the next day I noticed some of the paint/mud he used on the drywall was separating and contacted him. Once again he came out that same day and touched it up.

As a single woman, I must say I’ve had my fair share of contractors/handymen who have made me feel uncomfortable. I can truly appreciate his level of professionalism while working in my home. But also, I do appreciate even more how thorough he was and how good of a job he did with the repair and clean up. I definitely would recommend him and will be contacting him again for any future things I need done around my home.
