Contacted Don about three weeks ago to get a quote for shingles and new roof vents on my house on Fall River reservoir. Had new shingles/roof vents on my house a week later. Very pleased with how quickly Don got me worked in to his schedule. Quite pleased with the quality of work- needed to have a few extra 1x6’s and a couple of sheets of plywood replaced as well to do the job right. Would definitely recommend him and if I need any roof work done in the future, will use Don again.

Hire someone else!! After completing a new roof installation, I had it inspected. Several parts of the roof were able to be lifted up because they were not secured w screws or nails at all. They had to fix items/areas that were not damaged before beginning construction. After telling me they would be staring in the mornings, most days started at 11 or later. General roofing standards were not followed, such as flashing installation, feathering shingles on valleys, not installing any ridgecaps, & also walking on the laid shingles during the heat of the days in the middle of summer. After giving me the final bill & writing the check, I was told it was going to cost more for supplies that were not added to the bill, after already going $1,500 over the bid price. If you're going to spend thousands of dollars to have a job professionally done, find a professional company, these guys aren't it.

Would not recommend. My husband hired Donald around seven months ago. I overheard a conversation he was having to purchase narcotic pills while he was on the phone and not to mention on the job as well as infront of his workers. One of his workers bluntly told me this is a common occurrence. I heard things such as; What strength are the pills, and how much is the person charging per narcotic medication. I won’t name what it was. Shortly after he told me he had to handle something, came back three hours later and was slurring his words. He even tripped on the sidewalk. He left for the day thirty five minutes after coming back high on narcotics. Would NOT recommend. His workers are known crystal meth users. Took him just about three weeks to fix half of my roof. He didn’t get my bill to me on time after numerous attempts to call him, each time he would say he’d be by to drop the finalized bill off only to make excuses as to why he couldn’t make it each time. It took another three weeks to get my finalized bill. He also revised the contract four times with four different prices. Would not recommend.
