My fence was in rough shape and Sam and his team took their time to power wash, repaint and seal it. Also laid down some rocks which helped with the curb appeal. All in all it was a nice experience

We were incredibly fortunate to come across AZA Builders for some much needed work on our stairless, 30 y/o elevated deck. AZA and their skilled and personable team, led by Hashim (Project Manager) and Miguel (Job Foreman) delivered incredible results - consisting of replacement of existing 6x6 primary support beams (50% rot at the base of each), addition of deck stairs and application of "Zip-Up" deck underlayment to provide a dry space under the elevated deck. The work by AZA coincided with a separate project - installation of artificial turf. Unfortunately the Review Site will not allow photo upload to share the incredible result of their work. In short, AZA is a serious contractor who does things the right way (craftmanship + county codes) and is incredibly easy to work with. I strongly recommend their services if you are in need of home improvement work, regardless the size and scope.

I originally hired AZA Builders to install my upstairs flooring and was working with Sam A., the project manager. Coincidentally, my basement flooded due to plumbing issues and ruined the downstairs flooring. When Sam realized I was struggling to coordinate with unhelpful (and rude) insurance contractors to remodel the basement, he immediately stepped in and offered their services to take over. That gesture alone saved me so much stress, and it set the tone for an exceptional experience.

Sam was incredibly efficient, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire remodel. He checked in daily while the work was being done, ensuring everything stayed on track and was being done to a high standard. Any miscommunication or issues that arose were addressed promptly and resolved. The entire crew was professional, kind, and hardworking. It’s clear they take pride in what they do.

From our first telephone interview with Dan, Ali, Abid, Miguel, and the entire team we were impressed by their communication and genuine interest in understanding our needs and making sure that they exceed our expectations.

When they came to the home to survey the project and review their proposal, everyone made a sincere and successful effort to understand our hopes and desires for the entire project. We showed them the ornate and delicate tile work that we wanted to do for two bathrooms on the upper floor of the townhouse, as well as larger tiles that we wanted to be laid for living space, foyer, hallway, and a third bathroom on the ground floor.

We had previously purchased all of the tile material and color coordinated grout for the project, which they carefully inspected and approved. They reviewed the entire process by which they would renovate the bathrooms, and explained what would be required for demolition and placing new waterproofing material before laying the tile. They explained that they would use high-quality waterproofing materials after removing the old subfloor, and they delivered the quality process and product which they had promised.

They coordinated their team’s schedule so as to allow us to finish all of the painting throughout the house beforehand, which was important to us so that there was no risk of getting paint or other materials on the beautiful new tile work once it was installed. Dan and Ali were very respectful and supportive of our needs throughout the entire process. Their solicitous communication before, during, and following the execution of their beautiful renovation was superb. Working with us throughout the entire execution of their work, as well as their high standards and attention to detail, resulted in meeting and exceeding our dreams for a superior result.

If you want a reliable contractor , AZA Builders are exactly what your looking for I had recently gotten their info through one of my neighbors and they did their basement remodel and did a full Wet Bar and Home theater, and after seeing their work with my own eyes , I can say is that they did a phenomenal job, I am very happy with the work. really loved talking to the Contractor very knowledgeable and informative explained everything to me and we proceeded with my plans they made my HomeTheater and kitchenette/Wet Bar , with a personal home gym they really brought my vision to life now this is my oasis , Just wanted to say thank you for everything @ AZA Builders team hope to work with you guys again in the future.
