We used them from a bathroom remodel and plumbing/drywall work due to water damage. When talking with the owner in April 2021, we agreed to have the bathroom gutted to studs since the prior mud work was poorly done. They were also going to repair the water damage done to our main level bathroom and kitchen. The construction took place November 2021. Upon completion, we noticed the shower tile was pretty jagged in a number of spots, the bathroom was not gutted - the old walls were not even touched, the bathroom window was replaced but the old framework was left. We have now noticed they took the window frame off and nailed it back on the best they could, leaving a large gap between the wall and the top of the frame. The bubbled drywall paper was not removed, instead primed over. They were also very messy and did a sub-par job cleaning up afterwards.
