From giving me an amazing price on multiple windows, lifetime warrantied windows, and their customer service and communication was outstanding.

What Users Like The Least

They showed up to do the install- but ordered the wrong size glass for half of my window.
I have been trying to get them to replace it since April now it's almost October and the office manager is literally ignoring me.
We were given the following -Glass was received but not the frame -Frame was received but not the glass.
If you could do no stars that's what I would give her.
The run around began.

Called right after the last storm in Clovis. A few windows broke on my rental property, the roof needed replacing, a door fixed and counter tops replaced from water damage. M-Core made time to immediately go out to patch up the windows to prevent further damage and got us on the schedule to repair and replace everything quickly! In addition we had them repair the dishwasher and other items. Quality work. Thank you!

We have used M-Core as our go to contractor for several years now. Roof replacement from hail damage, room additions, new fencing and most recently window replacement. They have always been reasonable and good to work with. Chris and AJ have always listened and delivered what we wanted.

M-Core recently gave me a free estimate on my roof and helped me a long the way with handling it with my insurance. Work was done very nicely. The ladies in the office were super nice and very helpful with all my concerns. Will use M-Core for more of my future projects.

I’ve had mcore do multiple glass installations along with shopwork. it did take a while for my big piece of glass to come in but the office staff kept me updated without me having to call them. I will definitely continue to use M-core for any future projects

Service was excellent, prompt, and professional. Job done in a timely manner, crew did an outstanding cleanup. From. Start to finish everyone from office to field personnel made the whole project great. Would definitely be top choice in the future.

This company appeared promising at the start. Their website states that they are BBB Accredited (BBB says they aren't), they responded quickly to get a quote out, and were happy to accept payment. We were told 4-6 weeks for parts and the run around began. We were given the following
-Glass was received but not the frame
-Frame was received but not the glass
-Will call back (they didn't - on multiple occasions)
-Will email back (they didn't - on multiple occasions)
-They showed up to do the install- but ordered the wrong size glass for half of my window and left the protective trim off (exposed glass edges)
-Two months of no response.

The installers were extremely courteous but this entire process has been a nightmare. I would recommend looking elsewhere for your needs as this business if full of empty promises.

Had our windows done with warranty window broke in bathroom. I have been trying to get them to replace it since April now it's almost October and the office manager is literally ignoring me. We love the windows just not the office staff and she is very rude. When they lost Kayla they lost good office staff. If you could do no stars that's what I would give her. This is frustrating and I'm generally very patient

I called and AJ came out the next day, we set up everything and a week later they were on my roof, they finished in a day and a half, did an amazing job. Cleaned everything up. They completed my entire job very quickly. They did a great job with everything we had done. Definitely recommend M- Core. Everyone was nice , friendly and very professsonal.

Had all my house windows redone with M-Core. Fantastic customer service, great prices and they even finished all of my windows two days ahead of schedule. The installation employees were very professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. The hardest part was waiting on the windows to show up, would get more windows again!

M-Core has been our preferred contractor for several years now. They've done our roof twice, replaced the windows in our homes, and repaired our fence correctly (after another contractor in town couldn't get it right...twice).

I know I can't speak for everyone, but I have referred them to just about my entire circle and my friends echo this experience as well.

I've said it in person multiple times, but I say it publicly. Thank you M-Core. You are truly men of your words.

We are so happy with the windows we purchased and had installed by M-Core. Our home looks like it's sporting nice sun glasses! It's also much quieter inside and they truly make a big difference on the utility bills. Giving myself three words to describe my experience from the time the windows were ordered till they were installed would be: Professional, Experienced, and Trustworthy.
I would not hesitate to recommend M-Core Construction and we look forward to having another project done soon.
