We are very happy with our new siding and gutter replacement that Luna just completed. They were great to work with from Andrew’s initial proposal to project completion and we highly recommend them. They also took care of some structural issues that were uncovered when the original siding was removed. We first used Luna Siding & Roofing last Summer for siding our home. We had contacted two other siding contractors and they were unreasonably expensive or were unresponsive. Luna came within two days to provide estimate and that same evening we put down a deposit for the work. They ordered materials and within two months they were on-site with full crews and completed my siding in one day. We were so happy that we hired them again 2 weeks ago to replace our roof. They were here today, arrived at 7am and we're done by 2pm. Their prices are super reasonable and the workmanship is great! I will continue to contract them for any future home improvements I may have. I highly recommend them!

Luna Siding & Roofing has done an amazing job at elevating the look of our neighborhood! Andrew was professional and attentive to every homeowner’s individual needs, going out of his way to make sure they were all met in a timely and efficient manner. Luna installed new siding and gutters decently. Which is to be expected with any business that solely revolves around a specialty. However, their work does not represent a 5 star company. A company attains that recognition and respect through communication, prep work, and finishing work; in my opinion. Luna unfortunately failed all of those. There was little communication prior to the installation to inform us on what was to be completed versus not. Once finished, the metal capping at the top of the chimney was left incomplete and was told that they do not finish that portion. Prep work was non-existent for bushes/ flowers/ shrubbery around the house, leading to extensive trampling/ destruction. The finishing work was the largest let down with an absolutely unacceptable level of a caulking job around the windows and doors. Live electrical wires were left exposed for weeks without being capped. Electrical gang boxes free floating, failing to be securely attached. Unfortunately, the average home owner doesn't have any construction knowledge, which leads to the lack of an ability to set a standard. They just see fresh newing siding and aluminum wrap, thinking it was a job well done. Luna did make some attempts to resolve the easier problems due to their quality of work. However, they abandoned fixing their horrendous caulking job, which was paramount to any of the other problems encountered. Due to the inconsistencies in their customer service and quality of work, I would not suggest Luna for siding projects.

You failed to address the largest problem with the job, the caulking. For a company to say they take pride in their work and leave that kind of finish is a clear contradiction. Agreed, we replaced the lights ourselves. However, your guys still reinstalled the one on the back porch and my picture is of how it was wired back up which is severely wrong. I do hope all the others in the complex were reinstalled with a proper connection. As stated, we do not want your money we wanted the job done right. A 50$ gift card is insufficient to remedying the damage done to our shrubs and the neighbors. Again zero prep work. If the damage was already predetermined by you guys, why was nothing said to us prior? Were you expecting my elder neighbors to go buy bushes and replant them themselves? In time I hope you realize my review points to the weaknesses in your business and that you will improve on them to provide a better product for customers. This is only intended to hold Luna accountable to their word. Had they follwed thru in fixing the caulking job, we would have disregarded this review, which inevitably has led to revealing more downfalls. All the best.

They replaced the roof on my house. It was a large job as the roof is approximately five thousand square feet and has a number of different slopes and pitches plus skylights that were either covered or replaced. The crew of fourteen along with the owner arrived at 7:30am. When the old roof was removed it was discovered that a much larger than expected amount of the plywood was wet and needed to be replaced. They managed to do this seamlessly and stayed to finish the job that day. I was very impressed with how the crew worked together. The next morning they replaced all the gutters. I highly recommend Luna for both repairs and replacement.

Luna siding and roofing replaced my old siding due to a problem created by the window installer of the bow window. The workers are professional, installed new siding well and cleaned up. I would use Luna again .

I live in an association and we hired Luna to do siding on 54 units which was no easy task. Each unit was faced with its unique size and concern and Andrew was there every step of the way. He made sure each homeowner was left happy and each job was done right. 100% recommend! They have been organized, communicative and trustworthy throughout the process. The team they have is incredibly hardworking and efficient. Within one day, they removed our old roof (some parts had layers over the original roof from over 200 years ago) installed a new roof with new plywood where necessary, and completely cleaned up by sundown. The quote they gave us was almost 40% less than what I was quoted by some other companies in the area, and there were no surprise fees added on. I am very happy we chose to work with them!

Job day had some adversity ( delivery truck could not get up the driveway), they took it in stride. Tarps everywhere to catch debris from prior roof. Meticulous attention to detail. The result looks great. Every member of the crew fit in and was executing well. A lot of effort cleaning the gutters, the surround. all the way down to a wheeled magnetic device to pick up stay nails ( covered the area many times).

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the work done by Rolando Garita and his team of professionals from Luna Siding & Roofing. I needed some roof repair work and a skylight replaced after a tree fell on the house. (Mind you, it was not easy finding someone to even do the work, as it wasn’t a “big job,” a roof replacement, but a more modest repair job.) I received a reasonable and thoughtful estimate; the crew arrived on time- early in fact!- and worked steadily through the morning, completing the job by noon. They were tidy, polite, efficient, exceptional craftsmen and did excellent work. I would definitely recommend Rolando and his team and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Luna Roofing was fantastic. Everyone involved in the process was wonderful to work with from getting an estimate to the final installation. We have an old salt box style house from the late 1800’s and our roof had multiple layers of roofing on top of roofing, real crazy kinda stuff. They were honest about what had to be done, showed me photos of what we were looking at and explained what it would take. I was expecting a nightmare when we got started. But they were able to pivot from a regular roof job to what it was gonna take for my house seamlessly and didn’t miss a beat. They started at 7am and left at 5pm and I had a brand new beautiful roof. You wouldn’t have even known they were there; the yard was spotless, the trash was gone and my kids were running around outside without any worries. I am wicked impressed by the experience. Finding someone to repair our skylights was not easy. But once I found Luna, it was super fast and easy. Andrew came out immediately to see our issue, gave a fast and very reasonable quote. We weren't ready to do it just then but they were helpful with figuring out a cost per for us (we have a lot of skylights) and not pushy. A few months later, it turned out we couldn't wait any longer for 3 so they got us booked within a week and did the replacements within a few hours. It was exceptionally fast and the work was great. Highly recommend.

I am a picky consumer - I prefer to actually like and have confidence in the people I hire. This company has tremendous integrity, is a total pleasure to deal with, did an impeccable installation on the roof (replacing plywood in 3 spots), cleaned up like they'd never been here... AND, my irises were just about to bloom the day they were doing the roof - I aske Rolando to please try and avoid any damage to them (they were right in the line of fire for the tarps and the roofing coming down) - but he did some very creative thinking and my irises are now in full bloom, which makes the roof look even better. Great pricing and loved that they showed up at 6:30am to begin the project because I was worried about the weather not cooperating. The new shingles look great and new gutters too, I'm absolutely happy with the final outcome. They got done in no time and cleaned up after with no evidence left behind as if they were there. I would highly recommend Luna and I really appreciate their service and hard work.

The roof installed looks great and the team was quick. The grounds were cleared of debris. The price points are expensive. Be very careful to have every detail onthe contract. I was verbally told by Ronaldo, the owner, he would create a vent for a kitchen fan. This was not done. When I called regarding this matter I was told since it was not written on the contract in writing the request was null. It was explained to me that Rolando has so much work he could not be expected to remember our agreement. As a customer this made me feel terrible.

They replaced the roof on our home and did a great job. Arrived at 7am as they said they would and did it all in one day, removing all the old materials and installing new sheeting and tiles. Would recommend them to others looking for roof replacement.

Trying to pick a roofer can be a very stressful time. Too many choices, many things to think about.
Right from the start Luna put us at ease. Andrew did not put on the hard sell, he was honest about cost,
scope etc. He answered our many questions and never put down other companies, like some of the others we
met with did. Once we signed the contract Stephanie in the front office was so helpful setting up a date
and communicating to us every step of the way.
The crew showed up on time and went right to work.They covered everything so there was no damage done
anywhere to the exterior of our house.
Rolando the owner and Antonio the foremen were on site throughout the job
and were available for any questions or surprises, thankfully everything went smoothly.

When it came to clean up, if not for the new roof and the Luna sign in our front yard, we would never have known
they had been there. It was amazing to watch as they even raked our lawn to make sure there were no debris from
the old roof.
They started at 7am and were gone before 5 pm. The roof looks great and we are happy we chose Luna.

Installed a new roof, including a flat slope roof and new skylights. Very professional. Owner on site for full installation. Fair pricing and kept very close to the estimate despite finding new problem areas. I really appreciated the "can-do" attitude of all the employees. We hired Luna Siding and Roofing to replace all the gutters, put up new fascia board, and soffit and also replace the siding on 2 dormers with vinyl. Rolando and his team exceeded our expectations with their professionalism, honesty, perfectionism, and high quality work. We received estimates from several roofing companies, and after careful deliberation we went with Luna. And we are very happy that we did! A roof is a big project, and we all know how important it is to have a good roof over your head! From the first time that we met with Sam and Ronaldo, to all of our follow-up interactions with Luna since - I can unhesitatingly say that they have delivered on everything that they committed to, and even went above and beyond at no extra cost. The quality of the materials that they use, the shingles, the underlayment, the drip edge is superior to what the other companies use. Plus, they provided me with a 50 year guarantee directly from GAF. A very clean job, the crew was friendly, and efficient. On his own, Rolando suggested that we vent our bathroom fans through the roof instead of through the soffets - and he did that for us at no extra cost. In addition, there was a rafter in the attic that was cracked, Rolando brought in another piece of lumber and reinforced it for us. A big thank you to Rolando, Sam, Asu, and Stephanie. Now, for our new deck!

Luna Siding and Roofing replaced our roof. From start to finish, the job was done professionally. I got what I consider a fair price for the job from their sales rep. When their crew came to our house, they worked very efficiently and did a great job. They identified and replaced a few rotted plywood panels as needed and their attention to detail was excellent, including on my shed and over a bay window. Cleanup after the work was very thorough. Highly recommended.

I had a day and time frame of between 10 and 11 am for a roofing estimate. They never showed and never had the decency to call and tell me they couldn't make it. I got their name off Angi's and they were the ones who reached out to me about doing the estimate. Poor business practices.
