Honest company! If you are looking for a high quality roofing company that assist you at every level of your project, look no further. The customer service alone cannot be beat! Highly intelligent, highly skilled and truly goes the extra mile for their client! I have to say that I have not witnessed this level of customer care in all my years. Itâ s not just about getting the job to them, they care about doing it right and making sure that you understand every step of the process. This is a family buisness that truly treats you like one of their own. I highly recommend!
Phil and Joe are some of the best contractors I've worked with. When my family was house-hunting, we hired them to inspect the roof of a house we had put an offer on. Phil told us exactly what we needed to hear, without being alarmist or sugar-coating the situation. We ended up not buying that house, and I believe we are much better off for it! When we did buy a house, we didn't hesitate to call Joe again to schedule a full roof tear-off and replace. The job went from a 3 day standard gig to a week long slog (due to events outside their control), but Phil and his crew remained professional and worked incredibly hard to get it done.
Also, I'm a woman managing most of our housing repairs, so I meet with a lot of contractors, and Phil and Joe never talked over me, asked for my husband's opinion, or made me feel anything less than equal. These guys are great, and I look forward to working with them again!
