Ultimate Remodelers has become a go-to for home projects. They replaced my windows a while back, and I just had them complete a roofing project - both jobs were done efficiently and professionally. I especially appreciate Mike, who's super responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Will definitely call them for my next project!

Just wrapped up our project with Ultimate Remodelers Inc. From start with Mike coming out to chat about doors and windows, to Heather keeping us on top of things, to Andy's work on site, the team was great and so easy to work with. They replaced my roof and gutters on an old home and did a great job from start to finish. Good communication was nice for a big job.

I used them to replace two broken windows. They were easy to work with, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Their workers/contractors were skilled and efficient. I would use them in the future for other projects.

We hired Ultimate Remodelers to replace all of the windows on our 100+ year old condominium building, and we couldn't be happier with the process, the services provided, and the overall product. From the very beginning of working with Mike and his team, we were repeatedly impressed with the level of professionalism involved. Mike was extremely patient with our condo association as we worked together to make decisions. His background knowledge of the options for various windows, the building codes in our village, and the installation process was extremely helpful. Due to the fact that our building is in an historic district, getting permits for any work is a must and Mike took all dealings and negotiations on with the village as part of his role in the process. Due to other work occurring simultaneously at our building we had to reschedule installation, yet Mike was patient, professional and kind throughout every step. The install team was quick, courteous and professional. They were clean and extremely careful working within the various spaces of our condo building and units. This is the third time we have used Ultimate Remodelers. They are great. We love our windows. We have now replaced all our old heavy wooden storms and windows with beautiful easy to open and clean stylish windows. Mike has been a great help in choosing and designing the windows.

James and Heather were terrific to work with -- James came on site to help us with our project for new basement windows. He was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. We ended up going with Andersen windows and James helped us pick the right color. You can tell he really has an eye for detail and what would look nice! His team even obtained the permit for us. Everything was clearly communicated and within the timeline James and Heather told me. The whole project was a breeze with James and his team. His team of professionals was on-time and very respectful of our home. They cleaned up after finishing their work. The new windows look amazing thanks to James and his team. James even showed up on the install day to make sure everything was going smoothly after I told Heather about a bad experience with another company. "Having spent 40+ years in the trades I tend to be critical of work done, either by myself or others. For that reason I tend to do my own work. We have hired out projects that needed to be expedited, only to be disappointed with the work poorly performed and a lack of attention to detail.

We sourced Ultimate Remodelers for our two exterior doors and installation. Originally, we worked on quoting with a handful of suppliers/installers, but UR was the most competitive when comparing apples to apples. Our sales contact (Mike Nucci) was very responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. Mike had advised that they hired on a very good carpenter (Andy) to work on door only projects, and they said they were excited to have such a expert on their team. This was a plus for us, since we had done some new window installations with one company who would just send different formans/crews every time. UR knew exactly who would be out doing our project and could speak to his skillset and expertise. Andy actually came out one day to do one more measurement of our doors just to be sure what we were ordering was accurate, which gave us peace of mind. UR underpromised and over-delivered on the lead time... they estimated 6-8 weeks for the doors to come in, which we understood completely going into this project. However, the doors took less than a month to come in. Andy and his crew were out there within the week we were notified the doors were ready. The install took less than a day, Andy and the crew were exteremly profossional and did a great job of cleaning up their messes. Only one snafu happened... we were under the assumption that the trim/frame on the interior of the door would be replaced and not re-used. Andy said the work order did not call for it, but we got on the phone with Heather right away and she worked out directly w/ the owner! She called me back and said there was some miscommunication/misunderstanding and that they'd get Andy back out within a week to replace the interioor trim. Which they did, and it looks great. UR handled the issue with professionalism, understanding, and w/ great urgency. In summary, the project was competitvely priced, seemless, and well executed, and the people at Ultimate were great to work with. It's always great to be able to use a local company. I'm sure we'll use them on future projects, and I recommend them to others looking for this kind of work to their homes.

Beautiful doors and excellent customer service. We had an older wooden door that needed replacing. Ultimate Remodelers came out and quickly measured and walked us through our options for a custom door. They color matched perfectly and helped guide us through picking the correct hardware (we wanted to add a smart lock). When it was time to install they were efficient and thorough. The entire process was smooth, even with supply chain delays, and the customer care is top notch

Initially, we went to House of Glass in Elmhurst to explore options to replace old basement hopper windows. House of Glass could not help us but recommended Ultimate Remodelers. We are so glad they did! To be honest, I had not heard of UR. We met with James who patiently showed us options for our project. Everything about the experience was positive. From the initial contact to ordering and install, it all went smoothly. We are doing a rebuild after a fire during a pandemic & supply chain slow down. That's quite a compliment to say it went well!!! (Sorry about the lighting in the photos).

Ultimate Remodelers installed a rear entry door and basement door for me. They also re-installed my storm door.

They also hung crown molding and trim in our family room. They were quick, efficient, thorough, and kind. I would hire them again in the future.

The team at Ultimate Remodelers did a fantastic job from start to finish with our new windows and patio doors. A request for a quote was responded to within 24 hours, Mike came in to our place to discuss rates and take measurements (following all proper COVID-19 protocol), financing was a breeze, and the actual install extremely quick and clean. I absolutely recommend their services for any of the services they can offer.

I needed Ultimate Remodelers to match existing windows and siding. I also wanted them to do new interior framing in wood. They came several times to match siding, window colors, and stain colors with samples. When the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves, washed the windows, showed us how to use them, and did a great job on the trim. I could not be more pleased.

We replaced our windows and patio door with this company last year and we couldn't be happier with their service and customer care. First off, they don't pressure you when they come over to give you an estimate, nor they linger 4 hours in your house waiting to get hired (we had 2 other companies do that!). Mike was our sales rep and he was very honest and up front with us. We agreed on the price (theirs was the best we found by the way) and scheduled a date for the job. They showed up on time and got the job done in about 5 hours. They cleaned everything up after and even went the extra mile to help us with some unrelated issues once installation was done. Now, there's 2 reasons why I'm writing this review one year later... 1- I honestly forgot to do it before (oops) and 2- You really know how good a company is once an issue arises and you need service. Well, let me just say that these guys are great all across the board! We called for service twice since the job was done. The first time was because the patio door needed to be adjusted when the weather got super cold and the second time, I needed help with 2 windows that weren't locking. Both times, we got service the next day and the problems were fixed on the spot. James, who's the company's owner came over for the second call and although it was a silly fix (I'm almost ashamed I called for that) he didn't mind at all having to come over for it. To sum it up, this company is run by friendly and honest people so I'm happy I found them and will be calling again when we're ready to replace our garage door! A+ all the way!!

This is our second time hiring this company and, just like the first time, we couldn't be happier! A few years back we got our windows replaced with them and now we replaced the garage door. Although it took way longer than expected because of the COVID mess, James was always close by keeping us updated about our order. He even sent us Peter, who's also awesome, to temporarily fix our old garage door at no charge because the new one was taking longer to arrive. Now that it's finally here our house has way more character and we absolutely love it!
I highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking to hire someone honest, reputable and affordable. Thanks so much again, you guys rock!! A+

They installed a new window as part of my kitchen remodel and installed new siding to accommodate the new window size.

We recently had a glass full view screen installed on the front of our house and each step of the process with Ultimate Remodelers was great. The owner was very helpful in helping us select a door and the contractor that came for the installation was so thorough and did a great job. Upgrading the door has made a huge difference to the look of our house and we plan to use Ultimate Remodelers again for sure.

James was incredibly kind, helpful, and honest. We needed to have an inspection done per our home insurance and he assured us our roof was in great shape and let us know when we would need to repair it. I was so glad he didn't push us to get it done earlier than necessary but also let us know what we can expect to pay when the time comes so we can budget accordingly. He even helped us put our ladder together! I would highly recommend James and his company, he's an honest man and he knows his trade well.

This is a long overdue review, but James and team did a great job fixing our roof. The high winds and storms during the spring caused a section of our shingles to fly off. James was very responsive from the beginning and worked with our insurance company to get an estimate approved that was almost double what insurance originally quoted. They did a thorough job both leading up to, during and after the repair. I chose them based on their high reviews across multiple websites, and now I can see why. Our roof looks great and I highly recommend James and Ultimate Remodelers for roofing work.

Excellent company backed by amazing warranty. I had a problem with one of the windows they installed a few years back. I called them they came out and said a replacement window would be installed in 3-4 days. Two days later I had my replacement window replaced no questions asked and at no cost to me. I highly recommend them to all my friends.They sell a great product and will work with you on price to help you get what you want for your house.

James, the owner came by to do a free estimate and was super helpful. He gave me lots of advice and help on how to fix a problem myself saving me hundreds. Wouldn't even take money when I offered. Down to earth, honest and not pushy. Thanks again James.

After doing extensive research & interviewing four companies, I chose UR to replace 2 windows and a patio door. They offered the best value. Both Mike N and James Z answered many questions with patience and depth of knowledge. Also , I

Words can't express how pleased and amazed we are with our recent bathroom remodeling by Ultimate Remodel LLC. Tunc and his crew did an amazing job. They were extremely accommodating, responsive and professional. The project exceeded our expectations, was completed earlier than expected and at the price quoted. Although I worked closed with Tunc to choose the materials on two occasions I did ask for a change. Without hesitations my change requests were pleasantly accommodated.
