We contacted Royal Family Renovation abt a new roof for our garage and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Eduardo was fantastic with getting all the paperwork together and we couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

I’m able to work from home and I often watch solicitors from my home office window knock on my door to sell me whatever they trying to sell (internet, lawn services, religion, politics, etc), but I never answer the door. During spring break this year I was home working and watching kids when another solicitor knocks on my door. The kids answered, then run up in my office to tell me about this guy at our door that wants to talk to me. At first I was irritated that these kids stuck me with talking to this guy, but now im here writing this review because I couldn’t be more happy with my end result.

If you’re reading this, its because you’re doing your research (just like me) and questioned if this was legit and I assure you it is, my insurance took care of everything besides my deductible.

I’m here writing this review because Loyal Family asked me to review their services and I want them, and whoever else reads this to know, I couldn't be happier with what they did for me. They’re young entrepreneurs and they’re doing a great job, thank you guys for everything!

Excellent job on my home from Loyal Family Renovations. I was skeptical at first when Jeff and Sam knocked on my door to give me a free estimate on my siding due to hail damage. They were true to their word and got my siding approved by my insurance company. The crew was fast, professional and cleaned up as if they weren't even here. I would recommend them 100%! Jake with Loyal Family Renovations did an amazing job, and helped me out with getting my roof fully approved by my insurance. They worked directly with my insurance, and did the heavy lifting. They're crew was absolutely amazing, and did a fantastic job with cleanup, and everything. Without Jake's help I don't know what I would have done. There was a small hiccup with the drip edge on my garage roof, but Loyal Family's warranty department is top notch, and came out to fix the situation after the fact. That shows true commitment from a company, and shows they care. Jake went above, and beyond for me, and was very professional with explaining how the whole process works, and answered every one of my questions. I would definitely recommend his company, and already got him in contact with my good friend to see if he can help her as well. 5 stars from me any day of the week!!!!

I worked with loyal family renovations and it was a seamless smooth process working with representative Sam who saw the process all the way through of a new roof and new siding. Loyal Family Renovations is true too there word when said the work would be done it was done, they did a fantastic job and took care of all the clean up when they were through with the job, if I ever has to use this company again I will, and I'll definitely recommend them to everyone, Thank You so much Loyal Family for everything, Glennda and Don ( I forgot to mention that Tony Stefanovic was our Restoration Specialist and he was great, he even took my calls while he was on vacation with his family, what a guy.)

We had a few companies come around offering new siding via hail damage insurance claims and I was skeptical about it but when talking with Dominic he made the process make sense so we went forward with it. Dominic was great at answering all of our questions and was there to call the insurance company. The whole process was easy and even with the insurance company only approving 3 sides of the house and our whole garage the company was able to make it work and even made it so we could get all new window wraps and part of the fascia covered with the insurance money. We paid out of pocket for a premium color and the rest of the fascia not covered but it was a small amount compared to paying for the siding ourselves. The house looks amazing and I’m very pleased with the result. I also liked that Dominic checked in with us after the job was completed. We did have one piece of siding start to sag within the first week but they had a guy out within a week to fix it and we haven’t had anymore problems since. I did take off a star because a few weeks after they completed the job I noticed that one of the outside outlet boxes was damaged. I didn’t bring it up with the company because I didn’t know how to prove it was damaged by their crew so I’m not sure how they would’ve handled it. The electrician we hired to fix it explained why they probably couldn’t attach it correctly so I get the issue. I’m just more upset about the fact that the crew damaged the outlet beyond function and didn’t tell me about it. Overall I would recommend Loyal Family but I’d say just make sure you take a closer look at everything that they have to reattach to the house before signing off on the job.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael Poffenberger and his team at Loyal family renovations on a comprehensive home improvement project that included the roof, siding, gutters, and window wraps. Michael and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. The quality of their work is outstanding, and they were professional, efficient, and meticulous in every detail. My home looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Loyal family renovations for any home improvement needs. Five stars all the way!

Please educate your salespeople about the definition of "soliciting." I have a very large, clear sign on my door reading, "No soliciting." Despite this, the salesman nonetheless rang the bell, disturbing my family during dinner. When I pointed to the sign, the salesman insisted to me that he was not "selling" anything but would inspect my siding and repair it after giving me the BS "I helped your neighbor get free siding..... Ummmmm, this is soliciting!! Please stop disrespecting homeowners!

If I could have given zero stars I would have, because integrity is the most important thing a company can have... Especially when you work so hard to buy yiur first house and want to ensure it has the best care to esentially protect you and your family. I spoke to loyal family renevations in length and depth for them to earn my trust of my business and the business of my friends. I am so grateful I told the other 7+ people that inquired to wait until mine was done and go one person at a time, because at the first person I referred, my very best friend they have caused so must emotional distress and not followed through on their word or their contract. This isnt even including the issues they left at my house... I have pictures and doctumentation of every issue thats happened for me and my friend and I gave them about a year to finalize things they forgot to do with my friends insurance before writing this review. I made it clear that I would NOT refer another person to them but if they stopped causing all the emotional distress then I would at least not write the bad review... They tried to fool me and I caught them in regards to information with them trying to scam my insurance. Please feel free to ask questions. I have pictures and conversations. In addition to all these issues, thats not even discussing that they told my friend "at least you have the good kind of cancer"... That's something people can't forget being told. I don't understand how someone can say something like that... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, THE LIES, THE LACK OF INTEGRITY, THE HEADACHES, THE THREATS THEY GIVE ARENT WORTH IT... THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANIES I WOULD BE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND OR TELL YOU HOW TO WORK WITH YOUR INSURANCE ON THESE MATTERS...

Jake was so fantastic to work with. I called him out to my house because I needed a new roof, and I ended up getting brand new siding on one of my rental properties as well as he was able to recognize that majority of it had been damaged by hail so with the help of insurance, got me all squared away!! He was able to help me with the claim and the entire process. The contractors were quick and efficient, most importantly on time, and even more importantly did a fantastic job. The roof looks so good! The siding on my rental property makes it look like a completely different house. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service! They fought to get us the insurance settlement we deserved, and provided a beautiful new roof and siding to our home.

We had a solicitor from the company park on the street today and approach while we were out on the front porch. He began with “you guys aren’t far from the hood here!” And then talked about how “weird” the people at the gas station on the street over were. He wanted to sell us new siding but we rent the house. Weird experience, the company needs to train their employees better on customer service. Why would I purchase something from you after making a comment like that?

I am happy with the job they did and how everything turned out. Andy explained entire process and communicated well. They were able to make it work with my insurance and have the roof covered with me owing only $1000 deductible. I was impressed how fast the crew completed the roof and how smooth it went. Definitely recommend!

Big shout out to Jeff and Andy!! I have been in the residential construction industry for years and was planning to replace the siding in the next few years. Then my wife met Jeff from Loyal Family Renovations. He said they might be able to help get the siding covered by insurance because it was hail damaged. She was thrilled, because it was ugly. Jeff, Andy and the team are honest, helpful, responsive and do great work! Since we have paid for insurance for over 25 years without making claims like this before, they helped us place the call to the insurance company. He then met the adjuster for the inspection. When the insurance claim was approved, the roof, siding, and gutters were brand new in weeks. All was covered for our $1000 deductible. I was shocked how fast the crews completed the work and the spotless cleanup! That was much better than me tearing off and replacing the roof, siding and gutters in my spare time many months from now. I've had many contractors perform work on my home through the years but the outcome and experience with Loyal Family, in particular Jeff Wicus, could not have gone better. Jeff managed the project from start to finish and we only needed to pick a siding and color. The crew did excellent, top notch work on our siding replacement and the finished product is beautiful. I was assigned a guy named Andy. This guy had me start a claim with my insurance before even coming out to look at my house. He didn’t come out until the adjuster was here to inspect. This company whole motto is they deal with the insurance company and you don’t need to worry about a thing. I ended up having to deal with the insurance company the whole time for them to not approve my claim. Now I feel like an idiot and wasted a lot of time when I could have just fixed the damage myself. They just care about the insurance money and don’t want to put any work or effort in until it’s there.

Our roof was damaged recently due to a storm. Thanks to Pam she worked with us and our Insurance company to get us our new roof. Highly recommend.

This was a great experience! Like most people I was very hesitant to start a process that involved filing an insurance claim. Everyone I delt with was extremely knowledgeable and let me know the process step by step.

Our house had very old aluminum siding that definitely had its issues. Once they took a look they noticed that much of the damage was likely caused by hailstorms that are not uncommon in our area. From that point forward they walked us through all the steps we needed to do. They talked directly to the insurance company and were also available when the insurance company did the claim inspection.

After that everything was smooth and the work was done quickly and professionally. In the end the cost for new siding on our home and garage was our insurance deductible. If you are like us we have been paying homeowners insurance for 10+ years with nothing to show for it. I felt good that Loyal Family recognized that we had an opportunity to improve our home in a number of ways that made me feel comfortable with the whole process.

Loyal Family is a great name for this company as I felt the entire time I was treated like a member of their family. I was very hesitant when they first came to my door but in the end I am so very glad I talked to them and we were able to work together to make my home an even better place to live!

We did not use them to be clear. We have a very large obvious no soliciting sign. We had a solicitor from this company come to our house and ring the doorbell, when we didn’t go to the door he then started knocking. We have a 3 week old infant and did not want to be bothered hence the sign. Also he was out the day of the Canada wildfires, why would any company send someone out to do that in these conditions. Very disrespectful.

Worked with Jake who handled my claim with the insurance company and made things very easy. I wasn't even aware I had damage but he got them to replace my roof and siding and it only cost me my deductible. Within 2 weeks from the day we filed the claim, the work was completed. I'm very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend them.

In early April my wife and I met Jake from Loyal Family Renovations. He told us about damage that occurred to local homes during a hailstorm last year, and explained that his company did restoration of the damage, and the cost was often covered by homeowners’ insurance. He inspected our house and verified that there was damage. He explained that we could get our house re-sided by Loyal Family, and that our insurance would cover the majority of the cost. He also explained the process of making a homeowners’ claim. We would contact our insurance company, who would send out an adjustor to assess the damage. Jake also arranged to be present when the adjustor arrived, so he could point out all the damaged areas. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of coverage (nearly 80% of the total cost), and decided to have the work done.
Loyal Family’s installation crew arrived in about a week. They were really fast, neat, and did a great job- first removing the old siding, then putting up insulation and the new siding. They were done in 2 days, and cleaned up everything completely.
