They did a excellent job in replacing my hail damaged roof. Lou answered all my questions and I would use Lou Gallegos Construction again.

This is the second time that my roof has been replaced, the work was done in a single day, that included new decking. The first time it was more of a personal experience, this time it felt a little more like a big box store.

We have a large older office building and a large warehouse with roof damage from a hail storm. Lou Gallegos construction was able to get us significantly more authorized repair and replacement from the insurance company than our initial discussion with them. Lou Gallegos construction handled all subsequent negotiations with the insurance company leaving us with better roofing for both buildings than they originally had.

Called them for a roof damage estimate and after an hour of being late they called and said they were looking for my address in Fletcher and I live in Lawton. They fianally showed up the next day. After 10 days I called and inquired about where the estimate was and whomever answered the phone didnt know what I was talking about and said he would look into it. After 3 more weeks I still haven't heard from them. Don't waste your time, because they will definitely waste yours...

They repaired and painted the exterior of my house. Price was reasonable, crew was hard working, courteous, and very conscientious. Came in as quoted. Very nice results. Update--Feb. 2024, they repaired my shop roof. Crew was professional & knowledgeable. Price was as quoted. Still very happy with their work.

I had Lou Gallegos do 3 Roofs on rental property and have regretted it again and again. I had him do the 3 Roofs at the same time and 2 of them had repeated problems. Lou gave me a 10 year warranty and after 3 years of repeat roof problems he refused to honor his warranty. I ended up having to pay other Roofing companies to do the repair. He blamed it on strong winds but the shingles were not installed properly, some nailed too high, some Not nailed at all. In 40 years of owning more than 8 roofs none of my roofs ever had these problems.

Called to have a ceiling leak addressed. Lou and his helper found the leak on the roof and made the repairs. We had to call them back out another time after a heavy rain storm and another damaged area on the roof was addressed at no additional charge.

Lou is a small operation and can get busy with all his jobs but if can hang in there, he'll eventually get to you and will do his best to meet your needs.

My Morford Hills neighbor Gene Cowan first recommended Lou Gallegos Construction to me back in 2009 when I needed a roof replacement following the hailstorms of that summer. When I asked Gene about the quality of Lou’s work, he simply replied, “He’s the best,” and my nine-year business association with Lou has fully confirmed that endorsement. My high roofline remains, if I may say so myself, one of the most attractive on my street, and the hickory shingles have been maintenance free to this point.

Since then, I have hired Lou to install extra guttering around the home in 2012 and recently had him and his able crew rebuild our master shower. Lou advised me of where I should choose the quality materials I needed, and he gave me a prompt estimate that was significantly lower than the competition yet guaranteed an attractive, carefully engineered finished product in accord with my preferences. It was a challenging job, as the shoddy original workmanship had led to significant water damage, but Lou’s tile man did all the necessary tearing down and building up with equal care and professionalism. My wife and I are delighted with the shower and are now proud to bring houseguests back to show it off and offer its use.

As part of this latest contract, I had Lou’s crew do some drywall repair and painting to fix several wall and ceiling cracks throughout the home, and the work was clean, precise, and beautiful. He even installed a new toilet in each bathroom for us, and again, the price for the shower remodel and these extra services was far less than the other estimates we obtained for the shower only. In short, Lou does it all and does it with expert workmanship at the best prices, with the guarantee of accessible, timely service after the sale.

Finally, I must also give Lou my highest recommendation in terms of character. I admired his integrity and work ethic when he was a student in my ninth-grade English class at Central Jr. High in 1976-77, and 41 years later I see those same qualities fully developed in the man I now call my friend. He is a Veteran who served his country admirably, and I for one am proud to give my business to one to who is now giving back to his hometown with the best in high-quality and good-faith practices. Lou and his team replaced my roof, and did an excellent job.
