Damage window framing, caulking was not professional looking, not professional..did not treat my house as their own, nobody ever asked if I was satisfied, another company had to question if they were doing wrapping/capping which leads me to believe cutting corners for a long lasting product… just keeping finding things since getting windows done…. Scuffed up windows no caulking on outside of garage windows… 11/1 update the siding contractor noticed the poor job of windows and will need to pull windows out just to place J channel/ wrapping and that is placing me and him money … plus in order to be presentable the windows should of completely taken out and placed industrial windows now I will have nice siding with discolored window’s sills!! Sad company! 11-7-21 I can’t over look this anymore i will contact Brad tomorrow…screen coming out, window is not assembled correctly…screen won’t stay up when pushing up…etc will make him perform quality checks on all windows before siding is completed

Stopped by yesterday afternoon at their office location on 93 to order a small piece of glass. I was told it will be tomorrow and that they will call. Almost 24 hours later and no phone call from them to say it was ready. I just called back and I was told it hasn’t been cut yet.
