We chose Lloyds for the most honest detailed bid. They weren’t the cheapest and they weren’t the most expensive. And they did a great job. His crew was so respectful of me and my yard and they were quick. They actually had it done in a day and a half. It looks great!

Recently used Lloyd's for a roof replacement from wind damage. James and Nicole were outstanding to work with. This was the first insurance claim I've ever made and they helped with my questions and were patient while waiting for the insurance processes to play out - I would absolutely recommend them!

Our experience: We used Lloyds Quality Roofing to get a new roof on the home that we recently purchased. After getting the boot from insurance, we were ready to get going.
James was quick to return my original phone call. He was punctual as to the time he was going to come by and see the house and the estimate came shortly after. He mentioned that he could work with our tight deadlines (to get the roof done before new insurance comes and checks out the house). Jackpot.
James was informative as to what kind and color of shingles to use.
Nicole in the office was very informative as to what to expect on roofing day. The only issue we had was when the dumpster leaked nails upon its removal, which is not directly correlated with the company. To rectify the situation James was fast to come out and run the magnet over the ENTIRE yard, just to be sure.

Lloyd's is professional, prompt and trustworthy. They did a complete roofing removal and installation with gutter repair in two days' time. They did exactly the work they said they would and even added better venting than promised. They were very reasonable in price. I enthusiastically recommend them.

James came out and did a bid on our roof. He told me he would email me the bid the next day. 4 days went by so I called the office. No reply so I called again and left a message. Office lady called back the next day and said he was out of town and would get me the bid the next day. 3 days went by and I still hadn't received a bid. I called 3 times and left a message, never heard back. It has been over a week. Very unprofessional operation.

I was referred to Lloyd's Quality Roofing from a close friend. I am pleased to say that the referral was spot on. From the start, Lloyd's was extremely friendly and responsive. I even had a leaking roof prior to the installation and Lloyd's came out and fixed it free of charge. The installation crew was friendly, hard working, and considerate. The installation took 2 days and the crew never left a mess in our yard. They were conscientious with our belongings by making sure that the BBQ and other items were moved from the edge of the house to avoid damage. They also placed tarps around the house to catch any nails or material that had fallen from the roof. Lloyd's provided honest opinions that were in our best interest and never tried to up-sell us. Our roof looks great! I am extremely pleased with Lloyd's and plan to use them for all my future roofing needs.

Fabulous roofing company with excellent customer service!!! We had both our home and a large garage shingled and they were fast, professional, and, after many windstorms, we haven't lost a single shingle. We especially appreciated how clean our property was when they finished - not a stray shingle or nail could be found. We think Lloyds is the only company to call if you need a new roof!
