Jake Fuller and the entire team at Lighthouse treated us with an extraordinarily high level of service for our roof and gutter replacement project. Not only are they kind but incredibly professional, efficient and patient with a difficult insurance claims process. We have remodeled dozens of houses and built a subdivision before so we know how hard it can be to find good contractors. Oh and the clean up was amazing. I didn’t even find a single nail, old shingle or even so much as a gum wrapper. Well done Lighthouse!

Ryan, Hudson, and the Lighthouse crew have been extremely kind, helpful, & patient during the entire process. We had our roof shingles replaced after hail damage in 2023, and their attention to detail has been extraordinary. They helped us navigate the claim process, which can be daunting at times. It felt reassuring to realize they were honest, hardworking, and caring individuals. I will be recommending their services to friends and family when/if needed.

I wouldn't recommend this company if they were the last thing standing. I feel bamboozled. You can verify their professionalism as they do not reply to the negative reviews to "save face". Hudson "required" a down payment on our initial meet after telling him how much Statefarm initially gave me in hail damage repair money. I'm several months out of a promised "estimated" start and finish date that was never kept. October 2024 the repair should have been done according to them. Here it is Feb 2025. I still have window screens flying away in the wind. Received an outrageous quote for a handyman repair type of job (fence stain, 2inx2in siding repair, small vent replace and garage paint) for almost $6k. Receive a quote for $1500 to replace a small bathroom window therefore exhausting money and leaving me with nothing to work with to repair the serious work that's left to be done. Roof and gutters . Its pulling teeth to get a response to email, phone calls, voicemail etc. Jacob Fuller manager then claimed to send deposit money back and should expect it by mail in 2-3 days. 2 weeks past and haven't received anything. They can keep the deposit and put it towards their integrity. Karma.
3/13- In response to Mr Graham. No one hand delivered me anything. . I'm not looking for cheap work as insurance is paying. Just want my house fixed reasonably. You can scam insurance all you want that's your business. I gave you guys times of day when im able to take a phonecall. Nothing. Then you guys never answer my call or responded to my emails or text. If your prefer I can post the email/vc msg! Its funny how I allegedly received 2 checks but the owner calls me after seeing this review which finally prompted a phonecall and leaves a voice message expressing apology and sends the check Express mail next day. You worked hard to argue with insurance to fix an intact tile roof that ONLY needed a few tiles replaced. Yes. No cha-ching for you. I might be female but definitely dont lack common sense. We can agree that telling the truth is just human. Your lies and company didn't have my best interest.

After working with another contractor for 6 months and him not calling back our insurance company on our hail damage we reached out to Lighthouse Roofing and Exteriors. Paul called us back right away and was out to look at our house within days. He made sure to keep us updated throughout the whole process. The materials and shipping took a few months but he would let us know and even if there was no update he would still make sure to keep us in the loop. He made the process easy and not so stressful. As a community manager Lighthouse Roofing & Exteriors has been a blessing and excellent to work with in regard to the restoration project they are doing for my communities (Winewood Village Condo's). They communicate effectively to ensure homeowners and myself are up to do on the status of the project. They are friendly and responsive which is great.

Our home was damaged in the tornado that hit Highlands Ranch, Colorado in June of 2023. The beautiful 60' white pine that used to adorn our front yard was blown over onto the corner of our 2nd story roof, damaging the roof, the fascia, the gutter, and breaking four roof trusses. I contacted a general contractor ("GC") who specializes in home roofs and exteriors. While they were responsive to come out and evaluate the damage and then get an engineering report, they were unable over a several month period to get a subcontractor for truss repairs ("truss sub") to look at the damage or provide a quote for repairs. I then called a second GC who said upfront that they couldn't get a truss sub out in the foreseeable future. I had seen some Lighthouse Roofing and Exterior Signs in my neighborhood and decided to give them a try. I spoke with Project Manager Paul Boorujy who came out the same day I called, surveyed the damage, reviewed the engineering report, and assured me they could get the work done within a few months. Paul and his Lighthouse team delivered. The house looks like it was never damaged. I strongly recommend Paul and the Lighthouse team.

Had a great experience with Lighthouse on our new roof. Working with Adam was a breeze and he provided clear and frequent communication on the process and made sure everything was taken care of for our order, delivery and roof install. Lighthouse was recommended to us by our insurance agent because they known for being honest and doing good work and I'm glad I decided to go with them. I'd absolutely recommend them for any exterior work that needs to be done.

-Agreed to one price in the quote, offered discounts in the quote and then took them away after the work was done, adding 5k to the final bill.

-Manipulating the final bill, we are on our third different final total.

-I would not trust them again with future work.

-Save your time and money, don’t use this company.

Adam is an outstanding, caring, knowledgeable, communicative agent. The best I have run into in the last 35 years of buying and selling homes. He is my go to guy!

Great sales work, terrible follow up.

Communication was great during the sales portion and then became a consistent issue during the duration of our project after the initial check was written. Multiple times things were being sent to the “wrong email” despite multiple correspondence previously with correct emails. We were always having to follow up on time lines and invoices and were often given the run around or told they needed to talk to the “backend” without any follow up. When the project did start and we agreed on a date…the crew showed up the week before we agreed.

I will not work with this company again and wouldn’t suggest them for your larger home projects- we did roofing and exterior painting.

**If you hired this company, double check your numbers. We’ve kept every email/invoice/contract throughout the project and they are trying to add about $4,000 extra to the final payment. I repeat, DO NOT HIRE. I have never had an experience like this before.

Allan came to my house to give me a free inspection after the recent hail storm. He was extremely prompt (actually 5 minutes early), and very quick to inspect. There was not enough damage to warrant an insurance claim and repair, and he showed me pictures. I greatly appreciated his honesty and speed and will contact him in the future when I do get unlucky in a future hail storm.

Lighthouse Roofing and Exteriors was referred to us by our insurance agency, even though this roofing project was not performed through an insurance claim. One of the owner's was actually up on my roof with me to prepare the bid, as we wanted things done a little more cost effectively than a typical insurance claim. We did get bids from other roofers. Lighthouse was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but we felt like we could get the best work for the money spent from them. The crew was very professional and well supervised. When the job was finished the owner came back and went on the roof and nit-picked the job. There were a couple of items he wasn't happy with even though I had not noticed them. He had the crew come back the very next day and take care of those items. I don't think we could have had a better job done from anyone else.

We called Ryan at Lighthouse Restoration because our ceiling was leaking due to a hail storm. He came out right away and was able to make a temporary fix to stop the leak. We are very pleased and are looking forward to working with him during the repairs.

After outreaches to other companies that went without a response I learned of Lighthouse Restoration via advertisement in my neighborhood. I was able to set an appointment quickly with a timely response. Ryan was was very personable and spent time at our home reviewing the siding damage that needed repairs. The team was clear in the estimate provided and the work to be done and it was done in the time-frame that I was quoted. They made this a very easy process. Would use this company for any future work without hesitation.

The Lighthouse team painted the outside of my home including all metal surfaces. They also removed a leaking deck over the garage and replaced it with better materials. A small amount of damaged drywall in the garage was removed and replaced. A wooden feature over our front door was removed, rebuilt and painted. Ryan Graham, the owner, actively participated in supervising the work and communicated frequently with me. The team all exhibited a willingness to perform their best work. I am very pleased with the results.

We had a bad hail storm and lighthouse was one of the roofers that I was looking into.

I select them because of few neighbors had also already use them so that made me feel a little bit more comfortable they were a little bit newer to the area then some of the other roofing companies on the list. They were just awesome people, very honest and very upfront about everything.
