Our very first meeting with Josh Adams set a good tone for the project of replacing our existing roof with a metal roof. We felt confident that Lifetime Roofing wanted to work on our project. There are times when projects have problems that nobody sees coming. Our project had some of those and it was important that the company we hired had the background and experience to help us navigate through them and get our project completed. Lifetime did an excellent job from beginning to end. My roof was a big job taking several day but The crew that did the roof was relentless in getting job done staying late both days to get finish. They also spent a lot of time in cleanup each night and did an excellent job. I recently had the pleasure of working with Lifetime Roofing & Renovation and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that my roofing project was completed to the highest standards, it was just as amazing as the experience I had with them 3 years ago to get some patch work done on my roof.

I'm sure Matt gets tons of glowing reviews as he and his team(s) do excellent work and offer a full service package. For us, it was the little things that made the experience outstanding. The nails were cleaned out of the gutters (and no flat tires that we know of), blinds were installed on the skylights, plus the cleanup - the best I've ever experienced. We had put our personal tarps on our deck and they shook them out and also folded them neatly. The other "little thing" was how nice and polite Matt is, someone that you don't mind having in your space. This trickled down to those who did the work. The workers were always polite and attentive. Five stars+ in my book!

Outstanding job!!! I’m on the board for my condo association and Lifetime Roofing handled our roof replacement. It was a large job with a ton of details. Matt was in charge of the project and we could not have been more impressed with the organization, teamwork, and work ethic of the entire team. They were fast, methodical and the cleanup work was fabulous. Our roof replacement was a hail damage insurance claim and Matt was professional, knowledgeable and saw to every detail in working with our insurance company to process the claim. It was a pleasure working with Matt and the Lifetime Roofing company!

We needed our gutters, downspouts, and fascia board replaced along with some new gutter guards. Their pricing was competitive and had a no-pressure sales attitude. And they were extremely responsive during the whole process. Matt Z is was awesome and had great communication. I think he responded to me once or twice while he was on vacation.

The job took about a day and a half of actual work. They arrived later than expected both days they worked. And shedule was pushed a day or two for the first day, ended up happening on a Thursday or Friday. Then they needed to wait till Tuesday or Wednesday of next week for the gutter guards to come in. None of this really bothered me. I'm in construction, I get that other jobs take longer sometimes and stuff gets pushed. I never felt like we weren't a priority or getting blown off. But some people may want hear about this.

I waited longer than 30 days after their estimate so another far less responsive company could give me a quote but Lifetime held their price - very nice.

We did notice some old rusty nails in the lawn. We have young children and that was a concern. I didn't have a big magnet to sweep for debris/waste on the ground myself. They were happy to have someone come by to do that after the fact - which is another trip out for them and it does cost them money but they never even mentioned the fact. I recognize this, and it was very much appreciated.

Really cannot complain hardly at all, they did great work.

I highly recommend working with Matt Seiter at Lifetime Roofing. Last summer I reached out (cold call) for a storm damage assessment and he found nothing substantial. Meanwhile, his attitude and approach impressed my neighbor who subsequently hired Lifetime and was happy with the work.
Months go by and we find ourselves needing the report and unable to locate it so I reached back out. Matt was responsive by phone and explained the situation with our roof looking at his notes but also suggested that his info was too old. He sent his drone back out to our house, took another look, and shared a written report - again.
For all of his time and effort, there was absolutely no charge. Really.

Shawn and his entire team are awesome! I called for help with a small problem. Most companies wouldn't even bother to help since it's not a big project, but Lifetime scheduled the inspection and repair within a week of my call. They communicated flawlessly and did exactly what they said they were going to do! I've dealt with a number of home maintenance and construction contractors in the last year for both large and small projects and NONE of them have been as responsive and effective as Lifetime. I don't need a new roof yet, but I will in a few years and I will absolutely be using Lifetime for the job. I will also go out of my way to refer everyone I know to them! This is the second job I've had Lifetime do at this property. First was a simple leak fix due to shingles damage, this time it was full gutter , soffit and fascia due to some storm damage. The results are great. Quote was competitive, rep (Matt) was great to deal with and kept us in the loop, they helped work through some insurance issues, and did the job on time and on budget. Quality of work has been top notch.

We have used Lifetime for several roofing issues so far on our 3 story home in Rock Hill. They had no problem getting up on our steep third story roof to inspect and repair some asphalt shingle damage and minor wood rot on soffits.

We recently had an outdated flat roof on our balcony in which they removed the old bitumen roofing material and installed a Dec Tec membrane material with all the flashing, drip detail, flashing, and new plywood underneath to go along with it. The entire time, they were very responsive to emails and coordination with our handyman whom is installing a railing system. I only hired them after competitive bidding from other companies, one of which quoted a $6000 job at $15k.

In my experience, they will not rip you off, and they will provide a solid quality product and installation all while being very responsive. I was actually shocked at how communicative they are.

We had the pleasure of working with Shawn Kendall from Lifetime Roofing & Renovation on our roofing project. He was very knowledgeable about the warranties offered by various shingle brands, trim options, etc. which made making a decision very easy. The bid was lower than others we had procured and the work was completed promptly and professionally and we love the final result! He went the extra mile to help us patch siding and flashing that was left from a removed screen porch that intersected a small part of the roof. You would never even know it was there, everything is a perfect match! I happily recommend Lifetime Roofing any time a friend, neighbor, or community member is looking for a trustworthy roofing company, you can absolutely hire them with confidence!

Josh went above and beyond making sure that all services were completed in a timely fashion and meeting with the insurance adjustor on their schedule.

I called them right after a Storm rolled through and we thought had a leak in our roof. They came out and diagnosed the issue and found it was a cracked vent and not an issue with the roof. They sent someone out who was able to repair the vent and saved us a ton of money by diagnosing the real issue and fixing it fast. I couldn't recommend them enough. Everyone was very professional and they arrived when they said they would and charged me the quoted price. Highly recommend this company.

We have used Lifetime several times to repair minor storm damage on our roof. They are always responsive and do a great job. The areas they have repaired have been the most reliable parts of the roof and have held up much better than the initial builder installed roof.

We used Lifetime Roofing for the roof replacement on our recently purchased home. Overall, the new roof looks great. We did have a minor leak that was repaired after, but we can't even be positive it was due to the roof installation since it was near the chimney. But Lifetime handled the warranty and repair process with responsiveness and thoroughness.
The real reason to give a 5-star review is for the customer service we received working with Matt Seiter at Lifetime. He was patient and helpful throughout the entire process and we got the roof covered completely by insurance due to his suggestions. We will definitely be reaching back out when siding or gutter work eventually arises.

Shawn and his team did a great job with the initial installation, and when a long-standing problem wasn't quite addressed completely, they took ownership and kept working at it until it was resolved. Excellent support, and they definitely stand by their work.

My wife and I experienced some misfortune during a massive storm. One of the trees near our home damaged our chimney, causing it to leak after it rained every time. The leaking caused the chimney to completely rot from the inside out. The damage eventually made its way into the house.

I reached out to several companies. None of them were able to locate the leak exactly. None of them we're able to provide good support.

Thankfully I ran into Lifetime Roofing and Renovation. They did an excellent job inspecting the damage and figuring out where exactly the leak was and what needed to be fixed.

I say one of the best qualities of this company is that every time I reached out I got an answer back immediately. They always kept on their toes and communicated with us through every step of the way. When it came down to pricing it was fair and to the point.

The repairs that they have done are excellent! Not only did they stop the leak, they were able to find some designer flaws in our chimney and resolved them. We even needed a brand new cap for our chimney and they fixed that as well! Now we have something sturdy enough that will last for 30 years plus.

To everyone that is reading this review, I'll be honest I'm not going anywhere else for future repairs. If anything else comes up, I'm coming right back to this company. You should do the same as it's going to save you a lot of headaches and research

To everyone at Lifetime on behalf of my family, we thank you for all your hard work. It's nice to relax and not tense up during storms anymore.

About six years ago we had our roof completely redone. Since then, every storm we have had, big or small, we have not only had to replace shingles, we also have had to clean up the yard from debris with shingles and nails. We have small children and dogs, so we were concerned about them stepping on roofing nails after every storm. Recently, we reached out to a different roofing company that was referred to us by a friend to check our roof over. They noticed that the previous roofing company used too short of nails. They fixed our missing shingles and our ridge…and a few other issues we would’ve never caught. Their experience, expertise, and professionalism really came through. It’s been two weeks now with lots of rain and wind and I have yet to find one single nail. In fact, based on the cleanliness, I wouldn’t have even known they came over!
We now have only one roofing company we will use or refer for our “lifetime”! Thank you!

We had Lifetime come out to take a look at some small roof leaks. The 1st person that was sent out to our home said we needed around $2500 worth of work. They wanted to send a 2nd person out to further assess damage around our dormers. The 2nd person said they could not make repairs and we needed an entirely new roof with an estimate of $12k. Conflicting reports from 1 company is confusing made even more confusing considering our roof is 12 years old. We have spent the last 2 years completely updating the exterior of our home and would get a new roof if needed but we were confused since our roof isn't that old and they offered no explanation as to why we need a whole new roof after that amount of time (such as poor initial install, poor quality roof, weather damage, etc.). Even more upsetting, they damaged our brand new gutters which were installed last year with their ladder. Will not use and would not recommend! The estimate is under my married name which is Hromadka. We live in Kirkwood.

We had to work with my insurance company, and everything went flawlessly. The final price and the time frame for the job closely matched the initial estimates. I highly recommend lifetime roofing. I had several people come look at my roof, and they were the most thorough. They were also quick to respond and reasonably priced!

Our building needed a new rubber roof as the previous one had run it's course. I contacted 3 different roofers and decided on Lifetime as they were responsive and willing to get started right away. As it turns out this was a huge mistake.

During the installation of the new roof the workers filled our dumpster with their trash, detached our gutters and did not reattach them, and left garbage on the roof. All of these are minor things given what was to come. The work was so poorly done that we had to have Lifetime come out and fix multiple errors and installation mistakes. The photos below show the new roof condition after their 3rd visit to fix these mistakes. We did withhold a portion of their balance due to try and get these fixed, eventually just paying Lifetime to be rid of them.

We did have a leaking spot that they worked on and said they fixed as best they could. But as of today we have a leak in that same spot, as well as two new leaks in different parts of our roof. If I could attach videos I would do that as well. So after paying $40k to have our roof fixed we are back to square one. Leaks in at least 3 spots and no faith that contacting Lifetime will accomplish anything.

It seems like our project was too much for their team (a flat, rubber roof approximately 2500sf) or they are completely incompetent. The lackadaisical approach to the repairs was extremely frustrating for both us as well as Lifetime. We had no interest in dragging this thing out for months. All we wanted was to have the job completed correctly. In the end, Scott called and asked about the last check. So we mailed it to them simply to be done with this company. We now move on to find another company to fix their mistakes.

If you have the option I would recommend going with someone else for your job.

We are first time customers and are so glad we found Lifetime Roofing & Renovation. Our back downspout of our gutter randomly fell off our house on Wednesday...right before days of rain. We are new homeowners so we didn't know who to call. Luckily, our emergency gutter situation was solved by the owner himself calling us and worked with us to get his team out to help us within a few hours. The contractor guys were professional and friendly. Very glad to found this company to help us out. We'll use them again.

Lifetime was able to scope out our roof project, provide material options, and a quote faster than the other 4 local companies we considered for our 1,200 sq ft roof replacement. The project manager (Tom B.) was unbelievably responsive, kept us fully informed through every step of the process, and made sure we had a full understanding of the services, materials and warranties we'd be receiving. Besides the exceptionally fast and communicative project management, Lifetime was among the most affordable options we considered. I can't recommend them highly enough, and if you have a chance, ask to work with Tom B!

I had Life install guttering on my home over a year ago. I had some water issues and assumed it was the guttering. I was told by my previous roofing contractor that it was a guttering issue. Dustin came out and took the time to explain the problem and photographed the issue. It was a minor roofing issue which they repaired even though they weren't Responsible. I would definitely use them again.

Gotten a few roofing estimates and Lifetime came in right in the middle. Andrew, our project manager was very responsive and helpful before and after our roof was installed. I wish they had more colors to choose from but we have come to love our new shingles. The crew they sent out started early and cleaned up nicely when done. We havent had any rain yet so I'm waiting to see if all our leaks were addressed. So far id use them again.

Lifetime Roofing is the only one that give me a clear and detailed quote complete with photos. Tom Bierman is the best! He is easy to contact, always replied my text and when the job is done he went to inspect it and send me the after photos. I will recommend Lifetime Roofing to anybody.

I would like to start off by saying this is the top rated roofer on google for a reason. I was shopping around and decided I’d start with the top rated roofers in St. Louis & work my way down Lifetime being top rated so I started there. Tom & Brady (Salesman) came out to my parents home they were so honest about the work that needed to be done they even educated me about roofs & how to maintain a roof. They also respected all the COVID 19 guild-lines. My parents don’t speak good English and were taken advantage of by a roofing company 8 years ago & because of the roof being installed improperly we had leaks & other issues my parents were very cautious this time around & wanted to know everything that would be done & how much it would cost and how many options lifetime offered for the job that needed to be done & boy did they deliver. Tom the sales guy said I understand we are a little on the higher end but our work speaks for its self and if you have any issues after work is complete we are a call away and will answer any questions & I had a lot of questions they made all of my & my parents worries disappear the owner Shawn even came out of his office to go over the price and try to figure out different options that might better serve our budget they had 3 plans drawn out of each thing that would be fixed and different ways it could be tackled at different price points. I picked which options I wanted & we got the contract singed after 1000 questions sorry guys thank you for being patient with us. Work day comes 1 week earlier then expected which was amazing because our roof was leaking & St. Louis had very heavy rain that week. Bruce the carpenter has pure craftsmanship & takes a lot of pride in his work & will not stop till he can get the max amount of work outta that hot & sunny day. He carefully hand picked each support board to make sure they weren’t bent or cracked. He even returned one that he saw was a little outta shape. Amazing. Chris (Chris was so nice that he took down a old dish that had been in our roof for god knows how long and patched the hole & did the flashing a little different so it would Benefit us more when I asked if it needed to be built out he said no the option I chose will do which was the less expensive options so he said I will curve it out a bit so you have the built out effect & advantage. Rock start!!! ) Then Shawn (The owner), Tom & Brady (salesman) followed close behind to go over the plan for the roof and what we talked about earlier that month so we would again be reassured in what would exactly be done that day and then next day. They knew my nerves of possibly getting taken advantage of again were bad so seeing everyone there as a team 5 people in total including hello the owner !!! to make sure that everything went as smooth as possible was something I have never seen & is going above and beyond. The bill came out to less then expected & the work provided was pure excellence all around. The customer service is above and beyond & I can’t thank the whole team at Lifetime roofing enough. I highly recommend Lifetime roofing no hassle! Straight to the point ! Willing to work with any price range & they won’t treat your small job like a small job !!! They are prompt in responding to ever email & every call which means a lot when you are looking for someone that will be reliable & trust worthy. I found my forever / Lifetime roofing company. 10 starts all around.

I contacted them asking for a quote to replace roughly a dozen shingles, and the man who came out must have taken one look at me and seen dollar signs. We spoke, I indicated that I understood their minimum was $500 (thinking it would be that or maybe a little over). He emailed me the quote, and I was shocked to discover that the quote was almost $2,000. TO REPLACE 12 SHINGLES. On the same quote, he put that he recommended that I get my roof replaced entirely -- which he quoted at $6,000.

How does one justify such a ridiculous amount? I believe he took one look at a young, white, female homeowner and thought he could get away with it.

I went with Kurt Brunsmann instead, who got it done in under two hours AND cleaned out my gutters....all for under $400.

In conclusion, I will never work with Lifetime Roofing and Renovation.

Tom came out to give me a estimate and could not have been more professional and down to earth. Chris then came out to make the repairs to our roof, and again was super easy to talk to and very professional. While he was here i inquired about upgrading our gutter guards and Chris and Tom were able to make that happen as well the same day for a very reasonable price. I could not recommend this company and these people enough. I will be using them for any and all roofing needs in the future and reccomend you do the same.

Lifetime roofing was amazing! Even through all of this crazy time they were prompt, informative and very easy to work with!! All of the workers were polite and willing to answer any questions I had and very patient with explaining the whole process. I would recommend Lifetime Roofing & Renovation to anyone who has roof or renovation needs!!!

Very knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. Working with Lifetime only took a couple weeks to get everything set up and the install scheduled with approval from the insurance company. Caleb even came back to remeasure as the assessor didn't calculate it correctly. Thanks for all your help!

Update! 9-25-24 Lifetime Roofing saved the day again! Had a small leak in my roof and Matt came out two days later to inspect and patch the leak. Thank you so much for the great service! If I could rate higher than five stars I would.

I just bought an old house that had a few siding issues that I planned to fix within the next year. I was then told 2 weeks after buying the home that I needed to fix my siding NOW, or I could lose my homeowners insurance. Trying not to freak out I contacted Lifetime and spoke with Doug Lake. Within less than two weeks of the initial contact the siding is fixed and looks great. This was a slightly tricky job because the siding on my house isn't made anymore. Doug and his team came up with a plan to match the siding as close as possible and fix what they could. I am relieved and impressed. I can't tell what they matched and what is my original siding. The contractors even came on the first day of the window (and finished that day) Doug gave me which let me have more time to get pictures to my insurance agent. They cleaned everything up and were very professional. When I have more funds in the future I plan to re-side the whole house with them. It was very affordable - especially considering it was a expedited job. Thanks!
