As a Realtor you are always looking for good referrals to send your clients to. I have found my roofers! Lifetime Construction has helped me and many of my clients with their roofing needs. They answer the phone and get the job done! They have even worked as the middle man with my client’s insurance companies to help make a stressful situation stress free!

I worked with lifetime construction from Littleton Colorado and their representative Jason Sanchez was excellent work with. I worked with my insurance got things started got work completely quickly. Their roofing crew was excellent and did a great job with the roofing, the cleanup and the timeliness. The roofing crew put in a long day and finished my project in one day, thank them greatly good job. I would certainly use this company in the future again they worked with my insurance and we had everything settled with a month time.

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent roof installation. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. Their team was highly experienced in working with insurance companies. As someone who is not familiar with this process, I greatly appreciated how they walked me through each step, allowing me to leverage my homeowner's insurance policy and save significantly on costs.
Once everything was approved, the team expertly removed the old shingles and installed high-quality shingles that will provide protection for years to come. I was particularly impressed with their punctuality and attention to detail. Each morning, they arrived on time, and each evening, they carefully walked the property to pick up any leftover debris and nails.
Installing a new roof can be noisy, but they worked quickly and efficiently, completing the installation on my 4,200 square foot ranch-style home in under six days.

Exceptional professionalism from start to finish. I called Brian the night of the hail storm and he was at my door very first thing the next morning to begin assisting us. His thoroughness, prompt response time and fantastic team did an amazing job on not one, but two of our homes and we happily referred him to all of our neighbors. The roofing crew completed our home all in one days work, ensuring each nail and debris was cleaned up prior to leaving. My July 2024 Lifetime Construction roof replacement was as painless as recovery from a mini-disaster (hail storm) could possibly be. My project manager, Brian Shultz was a blessing. He stuck by my side from day one -- explaining the process, dealing with my insurance company and responding to my every concern with unusual professionalism and warmth. I came to feel like a family friend and am sincerely grateful to him and his employer.

This roofing company abandoned me after they talked me into a new roof. They talked to my insurance and set up a claim. Come to find out i had an ACV policy that i didn’t know about. This is a question that they should have asked my insurance company before setting up the inspection. After the claim was filed, they realised there wasn’t enough money to put the roof on. They turned around and abandoned me with this claim that i can’t reverse. Now i am stuck with my insurance company, unable to change to another insurance company and am paying higher rates do to the claim. I would not recommend this company at all!

Lifetime Construction is an exceptional company to work with. Shane Evans was our project manager. We started at our business property. We had several buildings that needed roof replacements (hail damage). Shane worked with our insurance company. We had commercial metal roofing installed on 4 structures (Class-4 certification) with snow bars and Class-4 shingles on another structure. All have a 20-year warranty. They also installed the gutters and downspouts. This made the project seamless as we did not have to wait for two separate companies. The company was fast, efficient and cleaned up well. Lifetime (and Shane) did such a great job that we had them replace the roof shingles (gutter/downspouts) on our personal property too (also sustained hail damage). Shane (and Fred) oversaw that project as well. He is knowledgeable and accessible. If I had any questions, he would either call or text back right away. My wife and I are so impressed with this company and with Shane. We highly recommend Lifetime Construction.

We had barn gutters and skylights repaired and installed and had a silicone spray put on the barn roof and a shop roof to eliminate leaks..... Shane Evans served as the project manager..... He diagnosed the problem and recommended solutions. Then he and his team did a timely, professional job in completing the work. We would hire them again.

I recently sold my house. During the inspection it came back that my roof needed replaced. My agent reached out to Lifetime and they were Johnny on the spot. Quick to communicate with my insurance, and extremely quick turnaround. I was in a tight window with closing, and they worked hard in the Colorado wind to get it done on time. The construction team was great.

Aside from the work itself, Seve was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop during the entire process. This was my first insurance claim, and he help me navigate the process.

Lifetime Contruction replaced 3 commercial roofs for me as well as did repairs on my farm shop roof and add gutters to a residential property. Shane was very good at communication and updating with the progress of the roof work that went on. He contacted the tenets and informed them of what would be going on and dumpsters and forklifts would be there, and they cleaned up the job site and completed the work in a timely fashion. Lifetime Construction replaced a large commercial roof for our company. They did an extraordinary job. We had a very old (original) roof that had leaked for years. Much to our surprise and delight- Seve Carbajal came out and got insurance to pay for the entire project. We would of never been able to afford to pay for this expensive roof.

Lifetime Construction replaced our roof after some hail damage. They worked with insurance to make sure we got the most that we could. They did the job super quickly and made sure that some trim that was damaged during the job got replaced.
