Recently, I desperately needed to replace my rain gutters prior to rainy season and began searching for companies. I met with several gutter companies but wasn't impressed to move forward. I have rain gutters that were regularly getting filled up with leaves and was concerned about future drainage issues and damage to my roof/fascia board. I contacted L.I. Metal Systems & Rain Gutters to have someone come out to help determine how I could fix the problem. Chris was great! He did an amazing job identifying the problem areas, recommended a gutter protection/cover system, and identified additional ways to improve the efficiency of my gutters. Chris was extremely professional and personable and provided a quote to do the job rather quickly. A week or two later both William and Kevin came out to complete the job. They were incredibly efficient and did an excellent job cleaning out the rain gutters and installing the gutter protection/cover system. They even went out of their way to ensure I was happy with everything before they left. What a professional and incredible experience getting rain gutters from L.I. Metal Systems was! After having gutters installed from my home a few months ago, I knew it was a no-brainer to hire them again for my recently acquired cabin in Big Bear.
From the first time I met the super friendly salesperson at my house, they made me feel completely comfortable and assured me how practical and beautiful the new gutters would make my house look. Man, were they right! The exposure and enhanced curb appeal were constantly being brought up by my neighbors. And better yet, their costs were extremely competitive and completely worth the small investment... totally affordable!
When I hired them for my cabin, they went above and beyond to make sure I received the most durable gutters and leaf screens to handle the weight of the heavy snow. Never once did I feel that I was being pressured into paying for extras or being upsold on unnecessary work!
The installation process is so quick and super professional. The crew was in and out without leaving a trace of work space trash.
I cannot stress enough about how important rain gutters are for a house and how beautiful L.I. Metals makes your home look and feel afterwords. I would absolutely recommend this company to everyone!

Andrew came over to give me an estimate. He was polite and the estimate price was good. People I talked to on the phone were nice. The guys that came over to do the installation of the rain gutters were very nice as well. The job was completed in a neat manner.

Checked this company out and saw some really good reviews, so had them come out to put in a new rain gutter on the back of our house, plus do some repairs on another gutter over our upstairs deck. Rain gutter on the back, no problems…great job. Repairs on the upstairs gutter unfortunately different story. Was told that the sloping needed to be changed so that the sitting water could drain properly, which they accomplished. However, their solution to get the correct sloping created a problem in that there is now a two inch gap where the gutter used to be, and as a result, the water on the roof now just comes straight down on the deck and totally misses the gutter. Gary, was nice enough to give me a call, but as opposed to coming up with a solution to remedy the problem, he continually danced around and told me it was the original installation that was done incorrectly.
I normally don’t give reviews one way or the other, but after the “dancing with the stars” denial, I felt that this needs to be shared.

It’s the day before Thanksgiving, so felt it was an appropriate time to give thanks to Chris and L.I. Metal systems for remedying a problem that transpired after they did some gutter work at our home. Have to say that the problem appears to have been satisfactorily taken care of, and for that we are most appreciative. So, I feel comfortable in giving this company a five star rating, as they have shown that they stand behind their work, and want to make sure their customers are both happy and satisfied with their workmanship.

Outstanding Service, Competitive Pricing

I had L.I. Metal install new rain gutters last week, and they did a fantastic job! Their prices were really competitive compared to other companies. I was getting a few quotes, and when I told them that, the sales rep (who was super friendly and helpful) told me to call back after I got the other quotes so they could try to match or beat them. I really appreciated that because it felt like they cared about earning my business.

The installation went really smoothly too. They showed up at 8:30 AM and were done by 10 AM—super fast and professional. The gutters match the color of my house perfectly.

I also ordered gutters with a removable mesh filter to keep leaves and debris out, and so far, it’s working great! I think it will save me a lot of trouble with clogs down the road.

All in all, I’m really happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend them if you need rain gutters. Great service, fair prices, and a friendly team!

Highly recommend, we had them put up gutters along our garage and patio. Smaller project which most others were not willing to do. Very reasonably priced. Came out very quick to give us a quote, then squeezed us in to install within a month.

Tim came out to on time and answered all my questions. A few weeks later the crew came out and installed the gutters and downspouts.

Jesus and Chris did a great job. Installed the gutters and downspouts as discussed. They cleaned up and removed trash and debris from their work.

I had spent a lot of time looking for a local company to install gutters. At the time, I only had 1 recommendation, but they never returned my call. I had no recommendations from social media. I stumbled across this company and called for a quote. The estimator came out, took his time going over where I wanted gutters, and the resolution of a "problem" area. Due to the knowledge of the Estimator vs. other companies and pricing I went with L.I. Metal System. Installers did a great job, very nice and professional as well. The "problem" area was perfectly resolved (compared to others who wanted to charge $$$ for it). Many compliments of how clean it all looks. I'm very happy so far. One day of light rain..so far so good.

LI Metals removed old gutters from our home and installed beautiful new gutters. The system is more efficient. The job was completed quickly and executed to the highest standard. We were looking for a nice looking but also economical gutter replacement for our newly renovated home. I called three companies including LI Metal Systems. Right from the initial conversation with Gabby (?) we felt good going forward with the initial inspection and estimate that would come later with Gary. He took several photos of our old, worn out gutters and also talked with us about colors, and the types of metal that would be available to us. We chose aluminum (cost effective) and beaver brown (pre-painted) in color. Only a few days later Mr. Ibby and Carlos came on time and with all of the material to remove and then replace our gutters...they were friendly and really good at answering my questions. But they got to work and finished quickly, then showed me everything they had done and asked if I wanted to change anything...but honestly I was amazed...their work is amazing and beautiful and very much appreciated.

The most annoying contractors I’ve ever worked with AND they didn’t follow through with what they said they were gonna do.

We wanted new gutters on the house and they said they’d hook up the downspouts to the rain barrels we bought. Well it turns out that they won’t do anything other than just connect the downspout to the gutter, which is something that anyone could do. They couldn’t help us at all with making the connection work and every time I asked them to help us out the guy simply said “we don’t do that” and putting us the customer through a bunch of pointless hoops just because they want to be stubborn and make us do the work.

Will never hire/recommend this company to anyone they are so annoying! Only reason I didn’t give it one star was they did do a decent just with the actual rain gutters.

L. I. Metal Systems absolutely did a top-notch job on my rental property! The fascia will provide me with years of no maintenance paining on that part of my property and yet provide a brand new look! The gutters will whisk away all the water to keep the foundation solid and also prevent the growth of mold along the sides of my building! Great prices and tip top quality installation and service!

Hired L I Metal System on September 16, 2020 after speaking and meeting Salesperson, Michael who came out and gave me a proposal.

L I Metal System is a full system company who replaced one part of my gutter, cleaned and repaired all my gutters and installed E-Z Lock Leak Guard to all my gutters.

Their workmanship is excellent and I am extremely satisfied with the job that was done. The entire staff of L I Metal System are customer service oriented. When I had some questions, they go above and beyond in answering my questions, which I appreciated very much.
